"We used to frequent this location multiple times a week over the last several years. We?ve stopped coming as much because the food quality is diminishing. They also have become very skimpy on ingredients or leave some out all together. My husband Ordereda bacon cheesy potato on our last visit and there was like 4 small flakes of bacon and a tiny amount of cheese through thecenter of the potato. They used to cover the whole potato with cheese at least. Also the vibe of the staff is off too.Especially if you have a Togo order and ask for items they missed when packing the order. I had a potato salad and they put 1/2the typical portion after I had to ask for it since it was missed. We tip 20% for the takeout orders, but they have beenconsistently missing the mark lately. We are taking a break from here until notable improvements are made. I wouldn?t say it?sbad, but this place went from awesome to bleh."

I had steak and pepper sandwich it was too tough to chew,I order 2 cups of broccoli soup one cup was good one cup was water down. Also order prime rib sandwich got a oranges cranberry club sandwich I was very disappointed after spending almost $50.00 Itried calling them to tell them about my problem no one answered then phone hangup. Fifty dollars down the drain not satisfiedat all. The only reason I gave them a 3 because of service

The food is always good. The service is always good. The prices are fair. The only drawback for me is that making a Pick-up order is such a pain. I want to call my order in to someone. I don't want to order it online or through an automated system. That's my own personal preference but even when I have ordered online my pickup/to go experience has been far less than stellar. I'll still eat here, but it is almost a non-option unless I'm dining in.

I try not to go so often, haven't been in maybe a year, but they had delivery on their app so I tried it again. I have never gotten an order right from mcalisters. Something is always missing. I ordered carrot cake and didn't get anything. Missing drinks too. When I called they said they were out of carrot cake, no one tried to call and inform me before delivering? So odd. Delivery driver was the nicest tho, he tried to help as much as he could but there wasn't anything he could do View menu

I ordered online expecting to have the typical ordering experience. When I arrived at the time my order was to be ready I was met with “we aren’t accepting orders for 20 minutes.” I explained that I ordered online and that I was here to pick up. They said it would be done in a couple minutes. 30 minutes later it’s ready. Only for me to get home and find that not only do I not have my au jus for my French dip, but I don’t have my horseradish spread on my sandwich. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the service that was provided. I will not be back.

Ordered a SPUD MAX for $9.69. I also ordered several other things and was disappointed with all of it. Now I am at home putting extra toppings of my own on my spud because it was super skimpy. They gave 1 butter and 1 sour cream barely any in bottom ofcup. I requested extra and they gave me 1 more of each, barely any in each cup for my large skimpy topped potato. I recentlyhave visited other locations and they did not skimp on anything. This store must be independently owned because the food at thislocation sucks. They are ruining their business.

To be honest, I did not want to go because I knew what would happen. It was over-priced and I did not like the salad. Eating a bag of iceberg lettuce salad tastes better to me and it is way cheaper. But my wife wanted to go and so we went. The next will not happen because I don't plan to ever go back. I have never had a good experience here or any other deli shop. Sometimes it's just better to go home and eat. I give them 3 stars because it's the neutral middle ground, since even though everything was okay as far as cleanliness and the staff was fine, I would rather spend my money elsewhere. View menu

I have been to many McAlister’s in the northern states as well as in the southern states and they were all extremely excellent except the one in Southaven Mississippi , at 975 East Goodman Road. The customer service is beyond horrible. Every time I go there, they can’t ever get my order correct and even when the store is not busy you have to wait almost an hour before they incorrectly complete your order . They don’t ever have to worry about me giving them my business anymore. I will just have to drive 25 miles out of my way to go to the one in Collierville, TN were my order is always correct and I don’t have to be waiting as if they don’t want to be waiting on a black man.

I wanted to eat here with my friends today before our class schedule changed. I walked in yesterday to look at the menu and see the restaurant and thought I would try the veggie sandwich they offered. We walked there for lunch today and the 4 of us all had different items. My veggie sandwich with a side and tea was $11.31, I believe the other 2 spent more. Carmen just got broccoli cheddar soup with bread then chocolate cheesecake. I enjoyed my sandwich, though I did not like the fact all I got were some veggies and there were not much veggies and mostly the 9 grain bread. I liked the bread and all, but I wanted the vegetables more. I'm not sure I would eat there again for me being a non meat...

"We came here after seeing it on a rerun of Diners DriveIns and Dives (Guy Fieri is my soulmate). I got the crunch burger (cheeseburger with a house made pork rind on it), because i saw it on the show but it apparently is a secret menu item (hasn’t been on the menu for years but you can tell order it). I asked for one patty because two is plain carnage, in my opinion. I’m glad I did because there was no way I would have fit a double burger that size in my mouth without removing my mandible. It was delicious!!! So so good. Fries were amazing. The burger was so so messy haha but that’s no big deal. I did find that the pork rind was chewy and unpleasant towards the middle of the burger due to the juices and sauces making it not crispy anymore. My husband got the combo platter (sliced brisket and sausage) with Mac and cheese and fried okra as the sides. The brisket was actually some of the best I’ve ever had. The sauces on the table were so so good. The Mac and cheese and okra were good, but was outshined by everything else for sure. The star of the show was the sausage!!!! So smoky, seasoned to perfection, texture was perfect. I could come back daily for that sausage. We also got the cheese fritters to start and they were gooey heaven. Served on honey mustard which may not be your go-to sauce for fried cheese but it was AMAZING. they also serve pork rinds for the table for free and they were good. Pork rinds 7.5/10 Cheese fritters 8.5/10 Crunch burger 8.5/10 Fries 8/10 Brisket 9/10 Mac and cheese 7.5/10 Okra 7.5/10 Sausage 27/10 (Guy fieri if you see this i love you so much)"
