Mcalister's Deli - Menu

We've been here a few times, and I will say they are constantly good. They've never messed up our order. The wait usually isn't too long, but there is a lunch and dinner surge. The tea is never sour either. The staff is typically friendly and really nice. The store is always clean, and the tables are always bussed. Can't really complain about this location!

If this were any other day at this location, I would be putting a five. Normally the customer service is good and the food is great. Today, no one was happy to be there and they were rude. The food was thrown in the bag (the soup was upside down in the bag), the baked potato had no cheese, the kids pizza was not cut and looks old and the kids sandwich has finger prints in it!

Sidney and Lulu are truly fantastic! I visited with a friend around 8:30 PM, and I was impressed by how clean the restaurant was. The food was incredibly flavorful and expertly prepared. They were extremely helpful in recommending the best items on the menu. Their friendly, personable, and professional demeanor, along with their commitment to the McAlister's brand, really stood out. My first experience will be my last…stand in line at the obviously invisible to go counter while the customers in the other line are taken care of, no one even acknowledges me standing there patiently waiting.. I didn’t want to be rude and went to the other line of people who haven’t ordered yet..get to the counter and the girl asks if I know what I’m ordering, I said well sure since I ordered to go and only stood at the “to go counter” for about five minutes…wasted my ENTIRE lunch time waiting

I just ordered 2 king club sandwiches and they were fantastic!! Fresh and the right size, I say the right size because at some McAllister 's they skimp on the normal size. I 'm not looking for more than what the sandwich is, just the right size and these were perfect and they were delicious!! The lady that took my order was nice and so was the other lady that gave the order. Extremely happy with this visit and fully recommend anyone around and any local. We 're just passing by and staying at a hotel and we enjoyed it.

What I ordered was delicious. However my daughter didn't like the taste of the chili on her nachos and asked the cashier to see if she could order something else but the manager was very rude and angrily grabbed the dish from our table She agreed to take the second order, but made us wait for 2 orders that came after us before we got ours. Meabwhile, the cashiers were very corteous and helpful while the manager, Katrina, was very reluctantly preparing the order. from the table and said manacashier told the manager that she had changed her mind and wanted to order something else View menu

First off, don’t bother getting anyone on the phone- it’s disconnected. Was already highly annoyed about that because I wanted to change my bread. Get the sandwich home and it’s a half sandwich and I paid for a full sandwich. Anytime I ask for a pickle it’s hit or miss and today it’s miss. How can you eat a sandwich without the pickle spear???? On top of that, the spicy turkey melt is nasty. I just had it a week ago and you wouldn’t even know that this was the same sandwich. I’m so upset and I can’t even call and complain . I’ll just take my money to chicken salad chick from now on.

Fortunately, the young man at the counter was both professional and courteous. He explained the situation clearly and why there was nothing that could be done until my arrival. He then quickly prepared suitable substitutions, which looked fantastic. (Thank you to the staff member whose name tag I couldn't catch as you moved so swiftly!) While waiting, I took a moment to look around and noticed how much cleaner the location seemed. This could have been a result of my late lunch pickup, but the employees also appeared more positive. Whatever positive changes are happening, I noticed them today and hope they continue the great work.

No attention to detail and terrible customer service. Eat elsewhere. I called in an order and the cashier confirmed the order was correct. When we arrived at the store the woman at the counter seemed confused about the order (even though the receipt was stapled to the bag). It took a while for them to get everything situated and defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. It was a larger order and we started to go through everything to double check, but manager came out and assured us everything was in the bags. When we got home the order still wasn't correct. We called five times before reaching someone on the phone only to be hung up on while waiting for a manager. View menu
