"Customer service and very clean overall,with one exception the young teenager to Young Lady in her twenties were not friendly when we ask for extra crackers for our chilli she was very hesitant after we spent almost 50.00 their She needs Customer Service Training and Dealing with the Public again,She acted as if She owns McAllisters,You never know who Patronize or come to your Business,Customer Service is Everything and especially when you are getting a piece of each Customers spendings,I happen to be a Successful Business Owner and I wish My Employees would mistreat my customers in any kind of way,I will address it Immediately and they would know longer Work for me because the Customers are who pay Us and my Bills,Other than that, the Older Lady that actually waited on me and my wife were very Cordial and Customer Service Oriented and Professional and a Sweet Person and She was leaving and We wanted to give a Tip and Thank Her for the Professionalism,We would have given five stars but the Young Lady as far as the Crackers made us Analyze the Decision not too."

When placing a mobile order, don't waste your time requesting it to be ready at a specific time. They will prepare it as soon as they receive the order, and then your food will just sit there getting cold until you arrive.

Why do restaurants think it's good customer service to have the delivery driver show up and then ask them to call the customer to say that we're out of something? The driver doesn't know the menu and isn't a representative of your customers.

Every time my sons and I make the drive from the Kansas City area back to Ohio, we always make it a point to stop at this restaurant. We really enjoy the kid's meal deal, and it’s the ideal place to take a break from the long and tiring journey! View menu

The best McAlister 's I always have and still today. I always try to go early since I work early a.m. and eat lunch by 10:30. Fat boys got to eat lol . Food is good. Little pricey but worth it by the end. Service is like it should be, Respectful betweenboth parties.

I think our unofficial goal is to eventually dine at every restaurant location. When we found a place in Texas, the first thing we did was park our RV and go straight to eat there. We also love all the locations near our home. I highly recommend eating at any of their locations if you value outstanding food and exceptional customer service that can't be matched.

I've visited McAlister's Deli a few times now, and I didn't want to write a review until I had a standout experience. Today, I tried the Veggie-Spud, and it was absolutely amazing! It's gigantic and definitely worth the $6.99. I also had the broccoli cheddar soup, which was good, but next time, I plan to go for the veggie chili and put that on top of the spud as well. View menu

I have had lunch here a handful of times and it is always a great and delicious experience. Recently, I ordered catering for a work event and it couldn't have gone smoother! The food was delicious and everything was ready on time. To top it off, therestaurant was pretty busy at the time of pick up and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
