"I ordered a double cheeseburger ? and a 6️⃣ six piece McNugget. The McNuggets were so skinny that I don’t think they had any meat inside at all.(no joke! On top of that they were still cold inside. The burger is so small now that it’s not worth buying. Since it was a buy one get one I didn’t bother going back. I was so disappointed that I just trashed it. This was my one cheat meal. I won’t be returning! When the guy at the window gave me the bag, he didn’t say a word, and just closed the window. They didn’t appreciate me purchasing for there obviously."

I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and 15 of those were spent at the second speaker, waiting to be acknowledged. Meanwhile, the first speaker processed at least five cars ahead of us. As a result, my daughter missed out on her breakfast on an important testing day because we were late for school after waiting so long for our food!

Every time I visit, the ice cream machine seems to be out of order. It’s frustrating because it doesn’t seem to matter what time I go—I know they clean the machines overnight. The wait in line is also far too long, and when the food finally arrives, it’s only lukewarm. I’m very disappointed and have decided to take my business elsewhere.
