"No manager came out to address the situation, and while I was picking up my food, someone in the kitchen yelled that they had made my order a large instead of a medium. This wasn’t helpful at all since I was eating alone, and honestly, it didn’t matter because the pizza had already been prepared long before the discrepancy in pricing was acknowledged. To top it off, 22 minutes after I placed my order, someone called me back just to confirm it was a medium. That’s fine if you’re giving everyone oversized pizzas, but don’t change my order and try to make it seem like a positive outcome when there’s a problem. I paid and even left a 20% tip, but I still felt taken advantage of."
