Solid for affordable Mexican food. I love the Chile verde, stuffed jalapeños, churros, and margaritas! Service is always good too. They could step up their salsa game though.

We ordered the Carnitas Burrito and the Chile Relleno/Enchilada combo plate. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent! We ordered the burger plate for our 3 kids (all 5 and under) to share and it was mesmerizing enough to them to sit still and let the parents eat haha!

I thought the food and presentation were top notch. Clean and really swanky for a Mexican Restaurant. Expensive but I will return so the tadte and place fit the bill. Ordered a chalupa salad with grilled veggies and chicken. It came with no veggies so I had to wait for to be redone. When it came back the veggies were raw, not grilled as stated. Fine. The chicken was chewy and full of fat, it tasted like pure foodpoisoning. I will say my husband's meal was great, but again the grilled vegetables were all onion, no peppers. They didn'toffer to take anything off the bill when it was very obvious the salad was not touched. We will not be back.

Mezcal is awesome! We have tried all the Mexican places in the Maple valley area and it is by far the best. Everything is fresh and tasted wonderful. This is usually one of our favorite places but the service today was the worst. We repeatedly asked for flatware and my carne asada actually got cold while I waited for something to eat it with. The carne asada is my favorite dish here. The meat is always high quality, flavorful and tender. It's worth every penny. However my niece ordered a burrito, took two bites and decided it didn't taste right. We waited so long between server citings that we just gave up, asked for the check, finally paid and left. I'd nearly given up on eating Mexican out, there was nothing that I could find that hadn't been homogenized beyond recognition-until tonight. I ordered takeout at Mezcal Fresh and couldn't be more delighted. Do yourself a favor and order their queso dip, I added chorizo and it's truly delicious with their perfectly thin, crisp chips. I also ordered chicken enchiladas Mexicana and it was equally delightful, with lots of flavorful shredded chicken and sauce that clearly did NOT come from a can. I can't wait to try their cochinita pibil and lots of other menu items! But next time, I'll eat in, because their service and cocktails are both stellar.
