"**ORDERED ITEM:** Modern Hippie Veggie (with added seitan) **TASTE:** First of all, if you take a quick look at some Yelp photos, you'll see how visually appealing this sandwich is, and mine looked exactly like that. But it’s not just about looks; it tastes amazing and has a wonderful texture as well. The sandwich features crack cheese, avocado, gomasio (a sesame and sea salt blend), tomato, jicama, shredded carrot, cucumber, purple pickled cabbage, fresh lettuce, and mayo on country levain bread. However, it did get busy shortly after, and by the time I finished my meal, there was someone waiting for my table. **LOCATION & PARKING:** This might be as helpful as a..."
