"Tried this place for the second time, will never go back again place an order for pickup and within 2 pieces of my amazing role I felt a scratch in my mouth and pulled out a clamp. I've never found a clamp in my food, but there's a first one for everything I think. Staples were found in all 3 amazing roles we ordered. Someone else I ate with also pulled out a clip from her kani salad, which is unhappy because the kani salad is an appetizer and that is what we started with. Did not eat the rest of our order and when we called to let the restaurant know about it, the 2. Guy over the phone wasn't with him (first girl to pick up, didn't speak very good English, probably didn't understand our thing so she was the phone). We ordered 3 Amazing roles and he refused to reimburse us for all 3, he insisted that it was impossible to pack 3 reels in 1 box when I never claimed that they were packed like that. I didn't care how the rolls were packed, I was worried about STAPLES being in our food. The best part is, the guy has not taken care of the clamps, as it was impossible to pack 3 amazing reels in 1 box! He even said staples in your sushi? Ma'am I think you have books in your home! Nice buddy. Soon, as I said, could leave a review that he became even more angry, so I told him that I was going to reimburse 2 amazing roles. He always said he had to fire his chef, as it was impossible to pack 3 amazing reels in 1 box, and after he had told him, I didn't think it would be possible to find clips in my food he had hung up. Special rollers are not all so large anyway, so the order of 3 of the same kind. Do not worry about this place because they clearly do not disturb to ensure a safe and respectable eating experience. EDIT: You never have us for the two ROLLEN"

We had a terrible experience in this restaurant. When we went to lunch, the restaurant had only 3 more groups. But we waited more than 25min because the kitchen was busy with expulsions. The food was so and the waitress was extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Without a doubt, this is the best sushi place in Montgomery! The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. They offer fantastic lunch specials, and they're the only restaurant that provides delivery! Both their regular rolls and specialty rolls are outstanding! View menu

I really dislike leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but I was quite disappointed with the sushi from this restaurant. Many of the rolls contained under-ripe avocado, which made them unpleasant to eat. I felt like I wasted $80 by ordering from here. Additionally, I was charged an extra $16, likely due to incorrect prices listed online. To be honest, I probably wouldn't return to this place.

Not a big sushi eater but I had a good time at Midori Sushi. I came here with a large group and the staff was more than happy to accommodate us. The hibachi dinner was enjoyable, though I would have liked more vegetables. The salad was good as was the miso soup. At the end of the night, the final bill was extremely reasonable, especially considering how much we ate. Oh, almost forgot, be sure to BYOB!

We ordered the teriyaki chicken and, oh my goodness, it was the worst! The chicken was tough and chewy, and the flavor was strange. We had to throw it in the trash. It’s disappointing that a restaurant couldn’t even get a simple teriyaki chicken right, especially at a price of $17 for the dinner entree. We won’t be returning. Additionally, we also tried the spicy calamari, but it was heavily battered and the calamari itself was chewy and tough, totally lacking in flavor. Overall, a disappointing experience. View menu

Finally, they suggested that they might have made a mistake and forgot to place the order. They said if we could give them 10 minutes, they would prepare it. I understood that mistakes happen. However, just a minute later, they called me to say they found the order. Here's the issue: they initially tried to blame my wife for providing the wrong phone number, which she did not— the order was under my name. My wife confirmed the number she gave them, which they had written down. The staff insisted it was her fault for giving a wrong number. This made her upset, and she asked them to bring out the paper they had written on to verify the number. In the end, the staff member just apologized and...

I called the day of Valentines's Day thinking I would try this restaurant for the first time. They accepted my reservation and I was not sure if I wanted to go because it told me that no one made reservation on a busy day like that. I went anyway and it was a pleasant surprise. I was able to be seated right away even though there were about 20 people waiting at the door. The place was nicely decorated, simple but fine. The chairs are wide and comfortable and the table spacing is very wide, so you feel spacious. Even though it is a busy day, the waiters did not push us. They come right away once I call them to ask questions and are polite. The waiter also removed my plate promptly after I fin...

"When you walk in the vibe is relaxed, warm, and inviting, as if you were having dinner in a friend 's kitchen. There aren 't an overwhelming amount of choices but there is something for everyone. While you wait for your meal, enjoy the delicious flatbread. I am on a diet but everyone else loved it. What is delivered to your table is absolutely delicious. My daughter, who has eaten there before, raved about their house dressing. How excited can one get over salad dressing? It was so good. She ordered the Parpadelle Meat Sauce. She loved it. It was a lot so she took half of it home. Her boyfriend had the Apricot Walnut Salad. It looked delicious and he really enjoyed it. As I mentioned, I am on a diet so I was happy to see the variety of salads. I ordered the Pasta Fazool, yum, and the Beet Goat Cheese Salad; I added Shrimp. It was delicious, especially the shrimp, well seasoned, and they weren 't cheap on the beets or goat cheese which made me happy. It was topped with that salad dressing and, my daughter was right, it was delicious. My husband, whom we affectionately refer to as Bob the Food Snob , had the Frutta del Mar. He always sends his food back but loved this dish. The pasta is fresh, the sauce perfectly seasoned. We ended the evening with zeppole shared for the table. It comes with Nutella. My daughter 's boyfriend joked that zeppole filled with cannoli cream would be outrageously delicious. I ordered that and the Nutella. I expected the cannoli cream to be typical. It was really light. Yes, I had a taste because they were all talking about it and dessert is my thing. Brad was right, zeppole and cannoli cream is delicious. Put that on the menu! We are going back!"

"Update: 4/10/2022 Came here recently with my wife on our way back from Philly. Hadn’t been here since the pandemic and was pleasantly surprised to see that this place was still here. Ordered the same thing I always do and quality is still good. I’m so glad this little gem of a place is still in business. Prices have gone up a little but so has everything and most restaurants since the pandemic. A hidden gem. Ok, so it’s not one of those fancy Tokyo or New York quality sushi but then again, you’re not paying $500 for dinner (per person) either. I always eat the same thing here — the battered squid dinner plate or lunch, if you’re having it at lunch, with a squid roll and it comes with salad, too. My wife orders the Sushi Boy A or B. It’s a combo plate of such I. And there are lots of other great choices. So far, everyone I’ve taken there, really like the sushi. By the way, my wife is Japanese and she loves sushi (she knows what’s authentic and what’s not). I’ve been to so many of those all-you-can-eat sushi buffet joints where you pay anywhere from $12-20 per person but always end up disappointed. No one would expect to find this place...It’s in a hidden food court surrounded by stores like Gymboree and offices, etc near the Westin hotel in the Princeton Forrestal Village square. While it may be off the beaten path, this place will not disappoint. I’ve been going there for at least 7 years."
