Usually love Cipriani. This location has no vibe or buzz. Even though the restaurant was very quiet, the chef would not accommodate the most basic request.

That was by far the worst culinary experience I ever had. Rude Personal, Profiling not only me, but my guest due to our age. Missing in customer service, fast food-level service to be accurate. The food was prepared very slowly and badly. 1 hour from setting to eating; and only 1 server interaction. Don't recommend my enemy, take business elsewhere.

We were discriminated upon. We were chased behind when we left and accused of not paying a $700 bill which another waiter had to come up and tell the other that we DID pay. It was embarrassing and shameful. They treated us as if we would dine and dash. I would never step foot in this place again and i wish i never spent that money in the establishment. View menu

tried to order a bottle of red wine, the first 2 selection were not available. However the third selection was which was almost 3 times the cost of the first bottle. At the end of dinner, the waiter offered a complimentary dessert for the table. He came back to the table 5 minutes later and said they were all out of the complimentary dessert. we can see two other desserts sitting on a nearby table. Won't be dining at Mr C's again.

We love this hotel/restaurant that we have served here since its opening. It has changed enormously over the years. Supported the Restaurantmulde Kovid and was very disappointed at the food at the time and today. The only thing that doesn't change is that prices continue to rise. What we totally understand. BUT the quality of food should remain the same. Also the little perks that made the restaurant so charming were made with the bellini when you arrive and the fluffy puff freshly baked bread a beautiful surprise. we love this hotel/restaurant that we have served here since its opening. it has changed enormously in the course of the years. supported the restaurantmulde kovid and was extremely disappointed at eating at the time and today. the only thing that doesn't change, the prices are continuing. what we fully understand. but the quality of the food should remain the same. also the small perks that made the restaurant so charming were made with the bellini when they arrive and the fluffy puff freshly baked brot a beautiful surprise. it does not seem to be more than a special location. eating is honestly not about the quality we are used to there. Our server was rude, unfriendly and refused, a children's menu or list of all child-friendly items that they can make for my 9-year-old daughter. He disappeared halfway through dinner and was not where to see. As a result, no one checked for our appetite for food, the steak was dry and cooked over), pasta was too salty.
