"Honestly this was not a good experience. I ordered online, arrived 15min after the pickup window, and it still wasn't ready. The whole place was dark and they didn't answer the phone when I called, I had to come near the kitchen to get their attention and then I waited 18 minutes to get my food even though the food was supposed to be ready before I even arrived... that would have been fine for me if the food was good but it really wasn't.The chicken tikka masala did not come with rice which was super disappointing because I had to make some at home which took extra time and ingredients when I just wanted dinner. It is absolutely way too expensive to not come with rice. For $17, I really would like rice. The texture if the tikka masala was really weird and it just did not taste good. Not subtly sweet at all, not memorable, not worth it.We also ordered chicken biryani. The chicken on both dishes tasted like shredded chicken, like it was frozen before, and I don't know if that's true or not but that's how it tastes. The texture and taste were insanely bland. The aloo paratha was not my favorite and left a gross taste in my mouth. I liked the laccha paratha which is why this review has 2 stars...Also, the online ordering system on their website is weird about tips. I tried to manually type in a custom tip and when I added it, it automatically added the highest default tip option with no way to remove it! I like tipping food service workers well because it's respectful so I left it on but was disappointed there was no way to alter it on their website without redoing the entire order. Also, after the experience I had and the dismissive way staff treated me in store, I don't really feel it was deserved.I would not recommend Aroma, sorry."

Please remove your restaurant from DoorDash. I waited two hours for my food, only to have the order canceled because it seems you are closed.

Absolutely ZERO STARS. I ordered through DoorDash, only to be told by the restaurant that they are under new ownership and are no longer operating. I requested a refund right away. I do not recommend ordering from this place.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning decor and very friendly staff. I attended the grand opening on the 10th, and the food was fantastic. The restaurant has a new owner, and the surroundings were spotless. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area! View menu

I walked into pick up my order and had to wait an insane long time for it. While I was waiting inside, I saw the cook or the worker in the kitchen lick his fingers as he walked out of the cooking area. Needless to say, I was grossed out, I walked out without the food. That is so gross! Never coming back

The food is delicious, some of the best around here. However, the service is a different story. It took our food 1 hour to come out and there were only 4-5 other tables seated. The host and servers seemed to be running around with their heads off. I don't think I'll be back after what I experienced last time since we up and left after no food for an hour. Straight up unacceptable. That's why it gets a 1 star. Your food can be impeccable but if you don't have reliable staff/service then your business is deplorable.

This review should be a zero star review, as there was NO FOOD actually received. On August 2nd, we placed an order with Aroma Indian Banquet and Grill in Upland, CA. We were told to pick up the order at 965 W. Foothill Blvd and to say we had ordered with Postmates.Upon arriving at this address, after knocking, a man came out and told us that the business has a new owner and that they are no longer a functional business. We tried many times to contact the restaurant and never got a human being. Same with PostmatesThis amounted to over a $100 charge on our credit card, and we need a refund immediately. This is incredibly horrible business practice on the part of Postmates. View menu

We were told to pick up the order at 965 W. Same with Postmates, which is an evil, middle-man app that should die for its total lack of reachability. This NON MEAL amounted to over a $100 charge on our credit card. My family ordered online from Aroma for the first time on Mother's Day (a few days ago) and the order was placed on their website (for pickup). We ordered 5 items 4 entrees and an appetizer and were told by the website the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I sent my husband to go pick it up. Once he got there, he waited an additional 30 minutes before the food was ready. Then, once he got home, we realized that we did not get our appetizer. I called to tell them (they were still open at the time I called), and the call went to voice mail. I left a message and now, 4 days later, I have heard nothing. I also wrote them an email, using the email on their website. I didn't get a response that...

"It 's not technically a secret menu item, but you need to let them know ahead of time (by at least a few days) if you want to order the Beef Wellington. You might assume that this means it is of a quality that is uniquely exquisite, and I can assure you that this assumption is 100% correct. This dish is literally made in part by a pastry-chef, and the moment you take a bite of the absurdly-delicate shell of I-don 't-even-know-what, you 'll understand why you have to arrange for this sort of treatment: it 's like an opera in your mouth. Underneath that mantle of what I assume is an elevated form of dough reserved for the better seats in heaven, there is a mushroom duxelle that I 'm quite certain would qualify for the dictionary entry if you were to look up the word unctious. Then, the filet. Is there an adequate word in the English language for a perfect medium-rare steak? The best part is that you actually have to be reminded that you 're eating an exquisite piece of beef underneath all of these charms, and it 's only responsible to forewarn you that dipping it in the au jus with which it 's served might just awaken you to a level of luxury you will struggle to equal in other establishments. I won 't even mention how good the wagyu-truffle ravioli was, or how their wedge-salad is served with fully a 3 oz triangle of delicately veined roquefort (bleu cheese) and bacon-bits made of *actual, perfectly cured smoky bits of bacon*. Point being: if you eat meat, this is something you should put on your bucket list. You 're not going to find a better meal anytime soon, after all. 10/10, would recommend."
