"The atmosphere is very family-friendly and the customer service is exceptionally attentive. The staff here is incredibly friendly and will assist you in crafting your order. Every dish is delicious, especially the ribs, which are truly heavenly. Today, I tried the chicken sandwich, which is slow-cooked in a smoker and then coated with a light breading that keeps all its juiciness. It’s far superior to the options at Farmer Boys. The onion rings are massive and have a wonderfully sweet, golden flavor. Ordering this sandwich is definitely a finger-licking experience! Thank you to the entire Fat City team. My youngest son absolutely loves your fries and BBQ sauce!"

"This establishment has been extremely rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Whenever I place an order over the phone, the staff seems to have a negative attitude. When I requested extra sweet and sour sauce—since the small container they provide is insufficient—the lady laughed and started speaking in her native language, which I found very disrespectful. She even questioned my need for extra sauces. Additionally, the condition of their kitchen appears to be quite dirty. I will be reporting this to the health inspection authorities. Overall, my experiences here have consistently rated a 0 out of 10."

"I ordered an Iced Cafe Americano here. It was ready within like 2 minutes, which was good. However, when I asked the Asian guy at the counter for a creamer, I forgot what it was called and ended up asking for whitener . He literally mocked me in front of everyone and humiliated me for saying that. Ok, I get that I said it wrong, but I had just forgot what it is actually called, so what? I 'm sure everyone unintentionally makes minor mistakes like these once in a while. He didn 't have to mock me about it. Even when I walked away from the counter, I could still hear the employees talking about that, as well as some of the customers. The employees should be providing good customer service and making their customers feel welcome at this place, instead of publicly mocking and humiliating them. Otherwise, this place wasn 't bad, just the HORRIBLE professionalism of the staff there is what ruined my whole experience, and because of that, I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not be going back."

"I used to visit this place frequently and always enjoyed it. It was affordable and quite good. However, I started going to Jimmy's for my sushi. I decided to come back, but honestly, I'm not sure if I prefer Jimmy's more now or if the quality here has declined. The rolls I had were lacking in flavor. Additionally, the teriyaki was very watery. I'm also disappointed that they now charge for sauces and that prices seem to have gone up. I think I'll definitely stick with Jimmy's from now on."

"The store is located in Downtown Stockton, a small walk from the courthouse. The interior is quaint, modern, yet rustic. I dig it haha. The staff is friendly and bubbly. It was my first time, and I wasn't sure what to order. I asked the member what the most popular items are and ordered the adobo quesadilla, fries, lumpia, and halo halo. The food was really good! My favourite are the halo halo and adobo quesadilla. What would have set is off was if eating in is an option because of the nature of the foods being fried. So by the time they're brought home in the to-go boxes, the food is slightly soggy. But it isn't the restaurant's fault and is understandable given the circumstances of the pandemic. Hopefully, the restaurant will allow dining-in soon, so customers can enjoy their delicious food at its best!"
