"I truly believe anyone would enjoy this place—from the scrumptious breakfast sandwich called The Bowery (which I upgraded with some avocado) to The Monty, their delicious vegan Reuben. And let’s not forget the amazing vegan donuts! I highly recommend trying the hibiscus flavor—it might sound unusual for a donut, but trust me, it’s fantastic! The deli case is filled with a variety of vegan meats, cheeses, spreads, chocolates, and all sorts of other vegan goodies. While everyone will appreciate this spot, fellow vegans will probably be especially thrilled, just like I was! And the staff? Incredible! Chenoa was so friendly and helpful, and the rest of the team was equally delightful. I really hope you get a chance to visit New York and make your way here!"

This is the best vegan restaurant I've come across. Almost everything on the menu is fantastic!

This is the best vegan breakfast I've ordered on DoorDash! I got the croissant and the BEC sandwiches, and they were incredible!

Best sandwich in NYC The Bowery! Sweet staff, great selection of vegan products and delicious food. Three seats in front of the window :

This is an outstanding vegan deli that specializes in takeout. They provide five gluten-free options as well. I've tried the Edith Poppy so far, and both versions were absolutely delicious! View menu

Reuben sandwich was delicious! They have the best selection of vegan cheeses and plant-based meats that I've seen anywhere in NYC, plus all kinds of other items. Love this place. I can't wait to go back and try more stuff!

I absolutely loved the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich at The Bowery; it brought back fond memories of enjoying these sandwiches without a care in the world. I plan to return many times to explore more of their delicious offerings. Though it's a small place, it's filled with fantastic products. The staff was also incredibly polite and helpful.

I've been ordering from this restaurant for several months, and initially, the food was excellent, which is why I kept coming back. However, recently, the quality has declined significantly. I ordered the Kale Caesar salad, and it was drenched in dressing with hardly any bacon or avocado, and it was excessively salty. I'm really disappointed because I used to enjoy their food a lot. Cruelty free bagel, lox, cream cheese and black and white cookies that taste even better than they did in my childhood OMG! The very friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me every day during my NYC weekend. I sat at the window counter and ate The Edith, The Marlowe, The Emma, and more. I brought home cookies, carrot 'lox, ' and two kinds of bleu cheeze (which made a party full of omnivores go OMG! . I cannot wait to return whenever I visit NYC.

If you go, you really should try The Ethel. It 's the best vegan bagel with carrot lox you never even knew existed, but it does, and your life will never be the same after having one bite. If you aren 't vegan, this place might make you question your dietary choices. They have all the faux deli meats from just about every up-and-coming brand, including the notorious Herbivorous Butcher (they dropped the 'notorious ' because they already have too much street cred). I 've tried all their stuff, and I think you can 't go wrong buying anything that has Herbivorous Butcher on it. Their ribs will freak out any naysayer, I guarantee it. Go there now, and eat a freakin ' bagel already! Go vegan!
