"We have been coming here for years now, and the first couple times were really great! Exceptional service and food but throughout the years, we noticed that the service become so poor. We ordered crispy baby corn and there was a hair on it while we were digging throughout the dish. It felt disgusting. The other time that we were here is that there was a fly on our food, that time we didn't complaint or said anything. We ignored it and thought thst maybe it's by accident? The third time we ordered 4 dishes and then my friend ordered from the buffet( yet, the server seem to confused themselves of the brunch/buffet term) again, we ignored it. When they handed the food to my friend and he started eating, the server came back and wanted to get the full plate of dish because she gave him the wrong dish. How in the earth is that? Someone is already eating and you wanted to take the food away because you made a mistake. I was very disappointed of this very poor judgment and customer servicr. The customer service is down, and I don't know how but it greatly affects your clientele. We've always love this restaurant. It's just that due to the service and quality of food, I don't think we will be coming back here again.You wanted me to give a review when it was exceptional? I had to come several times in order to do so, I wrote it that it was exceptional BUT poor service and the way management handle issues. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We've come here for several times, and yet you accused me that I am from a rival restaurant? How did you come into conclusion of that? Seems like you don't like it when people criticize you. You should be able to handle good and bad criticism. Well, what can I say? LOL. I was just being honest of our experience in your restaurant.BTW, we also found out the last time we went here that the servers don't get tips when you leave it on your debit or credit card. When in mostly restaurants, they are supposed to. Funny how business owners take advantage of that."
