"I live close by and have tried this place a few times in the last 5 years. I 've never had a pleasant experience and the food is not authentic Japanese as they claim. I know because I 'm Japanese. For mediocre food, the prices are way too high. Even. worse, the service is terrible. They are not friendly and they act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to dine there or get take out. I ordered online for pick up and the app said it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I went to pick up the food in that time frame and was told it would be 10 more minutes. 15 minutes later a worker approached me and profiled me as a food delivery driver and was very rude. She apologized sarcastically and then brought my food and walked away. I continue giving them chances but am disappointed every time I return there. I now have come to the conclusion that it 's not a coincidence and they just have rude workers and bad service. Mediocre overpriced food is forgivable if the service is good and the workers are friendly but when the servers are rude it 's completely unacceptable. Please do better."
