Where do I start? The inside is just gorgeous!!! The decor is just perfectly matched. You walk in to a open kitchen and extremely tell ceilings. The service is exceptional. We have been a few time for dinner and for brunch. The pizza is amazing!!!! Just really everything there will please your tastebuds.

Creative dishes done fantastically well!! This was a great dining experience. Every dish was phenomenal. Definitely try the squid ink pasta and dessert! What can I say? Paladar 511 is truly firing on all cylinders! The lamb sausage pizza is fantastic, as it always is. I tried the hanger steak, and it was absolutely delicious! We really appreciate the atmosphere here. If you can snag a seat upstairs in the loft to soak in the scene, you'll definitely enjoy this place. Highly recommend! - The Ace

This was the best meal of our trip overall. Ideal place for a group to share, if you're good with sharing even large plates. Everything was spectacular. We got 3 small plates, a pizza, and two large plates. That amount was perfect for 4 adults where we weren't hungry and felt very satisfied. Definitely will recommend to anyone else visiting the city.

The place is a beautiful renovation of an old building perfect ambiance for hanging out and having a casual dinner with some friends. Our server was extremely attentive and provided a level of service well above the prices on the menu. We tried several menu items, including a couple of pizzas. Everything was really great, no complaints. This was actually my first time trying anchovies on a pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was at least, how it was prepared here. We dined here last night, a party of four. We ordered four drinks, five appetizers, and two main courses. The meal was exceptional in every aspect. It was everything you could hope for from gourmet cuisine: delicious, high-quality ingredients, and intriguing without being over the top. The ambiance was stunning, giving off a vibe as if you were eating in the chic urban loft of a sophisticated friend. Even the simple salad was elevated with delightful crunchy and salty accents. It was truly a perfect dining experience.

As much as any city in America, New Orleans is a foodie's destination. Is the food in NOLA better than NY, LA, Philly, or Chicago?  Perhaps not, but there is more consistency. All of my New Orleans experiences have been like Italy it's hard to get a bad meal even at the simplest food joints. With all the celebrated gumbo, crawfish, oysters, po boy sandwiches, beignets, and jambalaya, you wouldn't think first about seeking out pizza in New Orleans. But I can now testify that it would be a mistake to overlook the pizza here.

We visited this restaurant with friends who are locals and are big fans of the food. Everything we tried was incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. My husband and I began our meal with the redfish crudo, which had a nice kick and a satisfying crunch. It was delicious! We also enjoyed the tri color salad, which was quite tasty as well. To share, we ordered a pizza topped with homemade Italian sausage, and I was very happy with our entire meal. We even had the chance to meet the owners, who are very hands-on with the restaurant.
