Panda Express - Menu

Prices aren't updated. Shows 29 for the family meal on the drive thru but costs 32 on the receipt. Bad management and lack of organization evident everywhere else you look. Never has food ready at peak times. Order was wrong. Bad customer service.

Ugh. Love this location, but today rubbed me the wrong way. I got to the window and wanted to add on a drink. I was told no because there was a time limit. Even if there is, you mean you can't grab a drink within whatever stupid time limit you have??

I placed an order for pickup at 7:45 PM and arrived right on time, but when I got there, I was told they didn't have my food and they refused to refund my money. Service was extremely quick and staff was friendly. Food was Awful!! Everything I ordered was below warm , items That were meant to be crispy were soggy. Ragoons had old hard cheese inside and the chow Mein was basically rice because the noodles were severely chopped up into small pieces . Management need to keep a better eye on freshness and quality of food .

The food is always great when I come to this location. But the staff? Extremely rude. Every time I ask for any soy sauce or chili sauce they just roll their eyes at me. This time, they were rushing me in the drive through lane and kept cutting me off mid speech. Sure enough, they messed up my order. I asked for noodles and rice and the noodles are missing. I don't want to even call back because they are rude every time I deal with them.

I love Panda Express food. Sadly this location did fall short on service. They seemed annoyed with customer?s request. The variety of entrees options was quite short (I went for dinner on Sunday evening). I tried to match my order with what wasavailable but they did not explain to me I?d get extra charges, when I was asking why my meal would be more expensive I?ve got abit of rude answer. Horrible customer service!! I went in there ready to spend $30 but I just walked out because both the Spanish guy with clear glasses and the Spanish lady were rude. I got rice and pasta and noticed that the portion was under for the rice and asked theguy to put a little more and he 's like that 's gonna be extra, FOR WHAT??? You adding another table spoon? Then he spokeSpanish to the Spanish manager and shes like Yea, that 's extra. Gtfoh, I just walked out. Let me go spend my $30 somewhereelse! I will not pay your wages.... ???????????

I've noticed that this restaurant has been running low on several items lately. Tonight, when I visited the drive-thru at 7:45 PM, I was informed they only had four items available because they were closing early for a staff meeting. I couldn't believe it; they were closing an hour early and had no food to offer? As someone who works in the service industry, specifically as a nurse, I understand the importance of staff meetings, but we still keep our unit open 24/7. Unfortunately, this location has really been declining over the past few months.

They are out of WHITE RICE, how are you continuously out of white rice, this is a Chinese restaurant, the main thing you carry is white rice, they were also out of greens and like 2 other things, not like oh we'll be ready in 10 minutes, we're straight out of it, if you're out go to the store and buy it during dead time duh! All Panda Express in the the Houston area are under 3 stars for a reason. Best part the person will say oh I'm sorry you feel this way, not how they're going to get white rice in soon because it's everywhere, I'm also a Dasher, I don't care to come to these stores either, out of soft drinks as well sometimes.
