"We held a rehearsal dinner there. I viewed the place and asked for us to be seated in the back room on the LEFT side as the tables were nicely separated and the ppl at the gathering would be able to FREELY move about and mingle. I couldn't connect with a banquet manager as I was told she was out with a urinary tract infection I did tell the gentleman he should avoid telling people that I was sent text messages from an app and told that the right side of the room was bigger. I didn't agree but was assured it was. Oh, I also told them at booking I loved the way the tables were set up and did not want them to be re-arranged for one long table. The night of the dinner we arrived and of course the right side of the room was set up with one long table and pushed SO close to the wall that the chairs hardly pulled out. We spoke with someone and initially got the I mean what can we do attitude. We hoped to make it work but we had ONE extra person, and the seating was already TWO short. To make matters worse they seated a much older couple at the end of our one long table just a bit to the left making it even harder to get to sit. After I told them it just wasn't going to work they offered to move us outside. Of course it was just starting to pour so that was a no go. After some re-arranging we ate dinner very cramped but whatever. It was actually so cramped that our waitress spilled an entire drink down the back of one of the bridesmaids. But they assured me they didn't charge me for it ? Waitress was actually a sweetheart, and the 1 star is for overall service setting up our disappointing venue not for her. But I was really, really disappointed with the seating and eating accommodations. I would not recommend for an event unless you were going to have enough people to rent out the entire room for your event."

Lunch was good at park place today, I had the cream of broccoli soup, salmon which was cooked perfectly and chocolate bread pudding for dessert. The 3 course lunch special is great. Our waitress was great too

I've been here a few times and it's always good. Tonight I got the Cajun shrimp in spaghetti and it was awesome. My wife got the Southern fried chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. My daughter went with Mac and cheese and ate it happily.

Tried the 2 for $22 lunch specials. I was impressed with the amount of food given. The taste was especially scrumptious too!! I had the Drunken chicken parm sandwich. Fabulous taste. Definitely clear that staff works as a team. You can feel the good vibes and happy moral when you enter the restaurant. It has a pub/ New England feel to it. All positives from this critic!

I had my baby shower here and couldn't recommend this place more. From the professionalism, on top of everything staff, the phenomenal food (we went with the brunch buffet option), even the simple things like muffins, bagels and fruit platter were elevated with the pineapples being the sweetest I've had. The cocktails were great and our guests raved about the food and ambiance. Gina was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend Park Place to have all of your hosting needs.

There were four of us and we could not hear each other because the restaurant has no tablecloths curtains or anyting that would absorb the sound confirmation, we could not hear due to the wooden floor people walking on it and it was very crowded our waitress was Mary-Kate she was friendly professional and so helpful! At the very end we didn't have any silverware flatware anything to eat our dessert! But I think that was more the busboys then the waitress! No matter what the wait staff was very friendly but the atmosphere was not conducive for a conversation!

The most important aspect is how welcoming and comfortable they make you feel, regardless of your background.
