"Wow! We've only been in Nyack for two days, and we've already visited this place twice. The first time, we got takeout and enjoyed an amazing coconut macaroon triangle dipped in chocolate with a layer of raspberry. Today, we dined in for lunch and ordered a quiche, a sandwich, soup, hot chocolate, and two desserts to take home. The soup was fantastic and came with garlic bread. Everything was delicious and fresh!"

Cyclist must go cafe. Pretty crowded on Sunday. Reasonable price.

5 stars when they pick up the phone and take an order. 1 star for when they don't…so, take the average

Authentic French patisserie with a wide selection. My wife lived in Paris for years, and Patisserie Didier Dumas is her favorite bakery in the states.

I came early to get a few tarts. The staff were extremely patient and the pastries were delicious. I’d definitely come here more often if I lived closer. Be sure to try the apple tart if you come.

I don't know how something as simple as a baguette could taste so amazing. But theirs do. If they can work miracles with a baguette, just imagine what they can do with pastries and other treats (chocolate pistachio danish pictured). View menu

We stopped here to stock up on almond croissants for the week for breakfast. We came after lunch and by then these were sold out. This seems to be common to all patisseries. We settled for plain croissants and some pear almond tartelettes. Service was fast and courteous.

Very expensive and the workers are not very pleasant. When I asked about the cost of items (because they weren't listed) the girl behind the counter cut her eyes at me like she had an issue that i asked. I also had asked for hazelnut macaroons but she gave me pistachio which annoyed me because I don't like pistachio. The other items I bought were really good.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
