"The food was good! We had the sampler meal, gumbo duo, Caesar salad and a spicy pasta dish. They were all fresh and tasty! We tried the alligator appetizer, it was pretty good! Just be brave and try it! And definitely get the beignet fries, bananasfoster style! To die for! Seriously, they were so good we got a to- go order the next day! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 becausethe service wasn't great, decent but a bit slow, and the kitchen staff was arguing so loudly we could hear it from our table. Iwouldn't let that stop you from going though!"

Service was fantastic. The ambience was wonderful. We had the Bratbeef-Poboy and it was delicious.

A few drinks stayed on a whine to go as they looked like they had a pretty decent bar. We were served fast and the bartender was nice, but man...

In the heart of the neighborhood, with large open windows to observe the sights of some great people. We were a small group of 5 and at the beginning...

The meal, service, and atmosphere were excellent. The Creole chicken, Mardi Gras pasta, and large Caesar salad were all delicious. Overall, a fantastic dining experience! View menu

What a great restaurant, Lena the server made this a great experience for a newcomer like me here in New Orleans. The food was delicious and the place has a very chill vibe. Give it a try, I loved it. I am leaving with my stomach full and knowing a newword Lagniappe. I got the sample platter.

Best Bloody Mary I've ever had. They hand mix here, no mixers. Try it, you will not be disappointed. Our server was a lovely lady who wore gold ankh earrings, we had her tables every day we were there. The breakfast was delicious. I had the crabomelette. I will eat here every time I visit NOLA.

The food was good and I was so excited to get the corner table with the sliding doors. Portions were huge. The rest of the family really enjoyed the Cajun sampler platter where they got a little bit of everything. Our server seemed a little spacey attimes and the card machine went down so we all of a sudden had to use cash, but otherwise it was good. View menu

While visiting New Orleans from Southern California, I decided to dine at Pere Antoine Restaurant on Royal Street. I indulged in the delicious Creole Combination Jambalaya and tried the local favorite, Abita Amber Lager. The bread pudding was a satisfying dessert that could easily feed two. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by Pere Antoine Restaurant if you find yourself in New Orleans.

I wish I had known the restaurant to have real history in chargrilled oysters. I did not and would have loved the experience. I had the blackened catfish meal which was very good. Strangely, my best food experience of my 3-day trip came as a take outcontainer of the Bananas Foster Beignet Fries. The real winner. The three star review could have been less. As one of thehottest days of the season, there was an influx of flies that was very disruptive to my eating experience.

"Residing in Sienna, I have a genuine fondness for supporting the small restaurants. One of the perks I relish is the proximity, as it eliminates the need for lengthy journeys.Recently, my enthusiasm led me to place an order for two slices of key lime pie. Sadly, the experience took an unexpected turn. Upon contacting the establishment, I encountered a lack of warmth and hospitality from the gentleman who took my call. Being an ardent fan of key lime pie, I hold specific preferences for its flavor profile.Hence, I inquired about the pie 's characteristic balance between tartness and sweetness. To my surprise, the gentleman retorted, That 's for you to determine. This response struck me as impolite, given that a restaurant 's staff should ideally be adept at describing their offerings. The casual dismissal of my inquiry left a disheartening impression.Despite my reservations, I proceeded to order two slices of the pie, amounting to $20 . Regrettably, upon tasting the pie, its excessive tartness proved overwhelming and rendered it inedible. Both slices ended up in the bin, an unfortunate waste.Reflecting on the experience, I can 't help but feel that had the initial exchange been more informative and courteous, I would have chosen a different dessert. This encounter has left me with a sense of disappointment, leading me to conclude that I will not be extending my patronage to this particular establishment in the future."
