"I ordered two dishes during my visit. The first was a half-baked chicken accompanied by carrot soufflé, black-eyed peas, and cornbread. Unfortunately, they had run out of carrot soufflé, so I opted for broccoli rice casserole instead. The chicken was overcooked, and the rice in the casserole was undercooked. The black-eyed peas were acceptable, but the cornbread was quite crumbly. For my second dish, I had a large chopped steak, which was good. The black-eyed peas on the side were once again decent, but the cabbage was overcooked. The mashed potatoes were flavorful, and there was more cornbread with this meal. The most frustrating part of the experience was that the juice from the peas leaked out of the container, causing peas to scatter throughout the bag. There was juice everywhere. I’m not sure if the driver tipped the bag, but I believe Piccadilly should package all side items in portion cups to prevent messy situations like the one I encountered."

The food was satisfactory, but the service left something to be desired. I would have preferred to have been seated with the friendly blonde lady. I'd think about returning if someone else were paying for the meal.

This Piccadilly is on point. One of the best Piccadilly I've been to. Keep up the good work... pro tip though... start serving the strawberry pie... everytime I go.. you don't have and it's hard not choosing going to Strawns instead. View menu

The Shreveport location needs a serious renovation. Bathroom is in horrible shape. And is just drab. Food served cool not hot. Had to send back to be warmed up. They had NO carrot soufflé which is a signature side. The server Gloria was great though.

There's nothing quite like Piccadilly. It transports me back to Sundays after church with my grandma, who adored this place. I used to be the head baker at the location in Longview, TX, and I’m pleased to say that the food remains just as incredible as it always was.

Picadilly is the tried and true cafeteria style dining! Classic comfort food with local favorites that can't be beat. My wife and I had their fried catfish fillets which were very tasty, a companion had their red beans and rice with smoked sausage whichhe loved. But the star of the show was their carrot souffle, which if you haven't had it taste kind of like a cross betweencandy yams and pumpkin pie. It's the only carrots my wife will eat. Not fancy but very good comfort food View menu

The service was quite disappointing; the server was rude, and the waitress appeared inattentive and unprofessional. Whenever I tried to get her attention, she seemed annoyed as if I was inconveniencing her. The food was decent, but it would have been much better if it had been served hot. In the end, I had to request a to-go box to reheat my meal at home, which really undermines the experience of dining out. Piccadilly used to be fantastic, but unfortunately, that feels like a thing of the past.

"To sum it all up, WOW. Just WOW!?? We were told to come try the food by several people on the 318 Food Page/Group here on Facebook. The food did NOT disappoint ? we got the loaded Cajun fries, the gumbo, the pho, the fried rice, the stir fry noodles, and finished off with a king cake funnel cake.? The fusion and technique used to create these lovely dishes is outstanding. You can taste the love in each dish and you can tell they truly put an effort into everything here. Our server (apologies because I don’t recall her name) was so sweet, very attentive and efficient! Even when things got a little busy, she continued to offer amazing customer service. (As a former server and manager, servers have a huge impact on the meal/dining experience) her service enhanced the experience for us and just made the visit overall VERY pleasant. The Viet Iced Coffee she made was literally to die for and I wish I could’ve ordered a whole bucket full of it??? The location is kinda “out their” but trust me, it’s worth the drive, the walk, the bike ride, etc! Support local during the pandemic (well always, but especially during these times) Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away, I assure you it’s beyond worth it, and as friendly as the staff is, give them an opportunity to fix anything if your dining experience differs from mine! 5 Stars!??? we are PCSing overseas in less than 2 weeks, but trust me when I say we’ll be back before we go!?"

"Our reservation was for 7 pm? we arrived 10 minutes before. We were told there is a wait?asked about outdoor seating as it was available on a first come first serve. We were told there were several tables that had been closed out and they were just sitting. We decided to wait for our table.. we were finally seated at 7:17 pm. We get drinks and bread and for 15 minutes we wait for our server to come get our appetizer order and we go ahead and give our entrée order? appetizercame out quickly, but the entrees took about 45 minutes so we spent 30 minutes just sitting and waiting- server had not come by to check on us. We finally get our entrees and they were a bit salty. My friends entree was too salty to eat -we asked for another entree to replace the one that was too salty to eat and the server tried to explain its seasoned but we know the difference between salty and seasoned. 30 minutes of waiting for the replacement dish- still no food so weasked to cancel the order and pay for our current ticket. The server said well it?s already been ordered- so we still asked to cancel the dish and bring our ticket. Finally the ticket came we closed out and left? this was our first timedining here and will be our last. It was noisy but we were able to have decent level conversations. I would have liked for our dining experience to be better for the prices and atmosphere. We never saw a manager to address our issues. Wehad to go to dinner after our dinner!!!"
