"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant and cannot recommend it. I drove three hours to visit based on its excellent reviews, but unfortunately, they did not live up to the hype. When I arrived, the host was incredibly rude. I ordered an elk dish, but it was served cold. When I asked for a hamburger instead, it came completely overcooked and bloody, making it inedible. To top it off, I received a bill for two regular hamburgers and two beers that totaled $125, which felt utterly unjustified. I was really upset by the lack of proper customer care. I seriously suggest that the manager speak with the host and provide some training on how to be more accommodating. I hope this feedback reaches someone who can improve their customer service."

The location and view are fantastic, so I recommend arriving early in the evening, as the service seemed a bit worn out by the time we were seated for the second service. The additional cost appetizers (including the smoked trout and charcuterie) were not worth it for a group of four. If you have fewer than six people, I suggest sticking with the prix fixe option, which offered better value and was quite delicious.

that was our second time to eat here. the food was excellent, but the service was missing definitiw. there was a table with 6 diner next to our table with only us. they sat a little after us. our waiter was very attentive to this table, but all ignored us. Once another person delivered our food, the waiter never disturbed us to check. When it was time for the bill, he brought it with him, of course. the service did not live at the same level as the first time we had eaten here.
