"Me and my dad ate here today. There was a misunderstanding with the topping amount cost, and charged for premium toppings not listed with a price on the menu. (The misunderstanding for $2 per topping was on us, but charged for steak and chicken as well, even though menu said clearly $2 for any single topping. If premium toppings cost more, list it on the menu. $5.50 extra for steak topping and $3 for chicken and no listed price on the menu FWI) if you’re going to add any toppings on the menu, it shouldn’t be specified that all toppings are two dollars extra per piece, especially if the topping added isn’t listed on the menu. It never said on the menu that you could add chicken or steak so it was speculated that was included in the two dollar topping price. Very bad and rude management?"

The pizza here is great, but it would really enhance the experience if the staff could smile and show that they’re happy to have you.

The pizza was delicious, but it would have been nice if the staff had shown a bit more warmth and greeted us with a smile, as if they were genuinely happy to have us there.

My friends and I decided to eat at Pizza Pub, a place I hadn't visited in a while. The food was really tasty! We ordered wings and pizza, and both were quite delicious. I won't let so much time pass before I return next time. View menu

After a slight misunderstanding with your employee Tyler, I called him back and we resolved the issue. He then brought me my Philly cheesesteak sandwich along with freshly made onion rings. I paid and left, and I must say the food exceeded my expectations. The sandwich was generously filled with steak, peppers, and onions—it was delicious! However, it would have been nice to have ketchup offered or included for the onion rings, as well as some napkins. Overall, I will definitely return, and I’m considering trying their pizza next time!

My husband and I love Pizza Pub. They're one of the only places that deliver to us and they have some great food! Especially the burgers. Definitely the best burgers in Cambridge. I would give the food five stars but they recently changed their mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks used to be AMAZING. Seriously the best mozzarella sticks I have ever had. Unfortunately they recently changed them to some clearly store bought, frozen garbage. I'm sure it's cheaper but they suck. Half the time they don't even have cheese in them. I definitely recommend pizza pub but avoid their mozzarella sticks. They currently suck. If they ever change them back, I'll update my review but I also won't be ord...

"Great casual fine dining experience in a quiet Cambridge neighborhood.Took a visit here for dinner on a Saturday night. Its casual and rustic interior blended in perfectly with the atmosphere of the neighborhood, and our servers were very welcoming. We were initially planning to do the tasting menu, but the regular a la carte menu seemed too good to miss. We ended up ordering a bunch from their regular menu which turned out to be the right decision. The optional focaccia and rye bread with sweet scallion butter was an excellent start to the meal. From the appetizers, we had the kohlrabi cabbage, country terrine, and the scallop crudo. Topped with a mélange of earthy and floral ingredients, the scallop crudo was my favorite from the appetizers. Each bite was creamy and flavorful yet inexplicably light. Sprinkled with cranberries and spiced seeds, the kohlrabi and cabbage salad was also delightful. I especially loved the spiced seed toppings which added the right amount of nuttiness and crunchy texture.Saffron bigoli with leeks and clam sofrito had a slightly boring flavor profile, but the pappardelle verde with lamb sugo was phenomenal. I’m usually not a fan of mint toppings, but it managed to become a perfect complement to the lamb sugo. Subsequent 3 entrées were also amazing. Japanese-inspired soy marinated cod was perfectly tenderized, and its delicate texture paired well with the carrots and leeks soaked in dashi. Forking a concoction of chimichurri sauce, garlic purée, and grilled spring onion with tender pieces of beef teres major was also very satisfying. We finished off the meal with the carrot cake sundae and the lemon poppyseed cake. The dessert section lacked refined taste, but we still appreciated their effort to put something unique and interesting. Overall, a really enjoyable dinner experience at a reasonable price. Would definitely come back some day to try their tasting menu.Parking: Street parking available on Huron Ave Concord Ave"

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
