The Seafood Chowder is the best I've ever had, even after sampling it at several other places. I will definitely return for more bowls! It's chunky, creamy, and fresh—absolutely perfect! The service is great too!

Service was good, the old fashioned is delicious. We ordered the prime rib sandwich and it was a disappointment. The server suggested to have cheese with it but that did not improve the flavor. Dry beef with little flavor. We’ll order something elsenext time!

I had a lovely experience at the restaurant. The music was a bit loud, making it necessary for us to really pay attention to our conversation, but the food and service were excellent. I'm so glad they were able to accommodate our group on a rainy Friday night. View menu

We came for the pistachio crème brûlée, but we were so, so impressed with everything we had to eat! I had the saffron paella and would absolutely recommend it. The portions are generous and the flavors are amazing. The pistachio crème brûlée was better than we expected, and we found out that our server, Naomi, was the pastry chef. Naomi was attentive, answered all our questions about the menu, and just made the whole experience better. We will absolutely be returning!

Plate has been one of our favorites for a year now! Unfortunately we have to drive a good 45 minutes to visit, but it is so worth it every time. Food is always fantastic, especially their house made gnocchi. The seafood is so fresh too (if you’reanything like me, you hate most midwestern “seafood” . Their bartender, Mac, is one of a kind with his creative, out of thebox concoctions, and it’s always fun to see what new recipe he’s experimenting with. Plate has been one of our favorite spots for a year now! Even though it requires a 45-minute drive to get there, it's absolutely worth it every time. The food is consistently amazing, especially their homemade gnocchi. The seafood is incredibly fresh as well (if you're like me, you know how disappointing most midwestern "seafood" can be). The bartender, Mac, is truly unique with his creative and imaginative cocktails, and it's always exciting to see what new recipe he's trying out. This restaurant offers big city quality in a charming small-town setting. Highly recommended!

I'm quite a hard critic when it comes to dining out, but I must say, this restaurant truly excels. I was really impressed with the food, especially during my recent visit. Our steak burgers were cooked perfectly—juicy and seasoned just right. The buffalo shrimp was exceptional, served in a generous portion, and the French fries were delightful. We chose takeout this time, and the service was quick, incredibly friendly, and they really nailed it! I've been coming here since it opened, and it has only improved over time. If you're in the city, make sure to stop by this fantastic little spot!

Wife and I got gift cards there for Christmas, and overall it was an okay experience. Super friendly staff and a good selection of food and liquor but the taste to price ratio was way off in our opinion. Ordered the 50-day aged ribeye medium-rare, and it was less tender than the steak bites and less flavorful. Didnt wow us. Just meh, Scallops were delicious, calamari was too. They don 't skip on the liquor on drinks so that was a plus! Overall though, the pricing seems almost inflated as our economy for similar things I could 've gotten at Edina grill/Redstone/Brick n Bourbon for half the price. View menu
