"The Primal Cut Steakhouse made the list to visit as a quest for the best prime rib roast adventure my father and I are pursuing. I appreciate that this restaurant is easy to find and provides accessible parking in the back. No valet is provided. We enjoyed the food and the service. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive and the food was tasty. Our server was Alaina and she was great! The flavors were mild for the dishes we had. The crab stuffed shrimp with fried Brussels (a la cate) was really good. When asked about the flavor, tenderness, and juiciness of the prime rib, my father declared that the food was adequate . To be fair he 's a hard one to please. The search for the best prime rib roast continues. However, I would not hesitate at all to recommend The Primal Cut for a nice meal. The cocktails were delicious and the display of their private dining options looked really great for a large party!"

Best NY strip I've had! Perfectly cooked, nice char on crust. King salmon was good. Oysters were very good. Didn't love the calamari or dessert. Calamari was a bit cold, and apple cobbler was more just apples and soup after ice cream melted. Not much crust actual breading or crust. Salad was fresh and balsamic dressing was good. I love the ambiance. However, it is probably best for steak lovers as it is a steakhouse. We ordered the crab and lobster fettuccini. I specifically asked the server if the crab and lobster would be generous of if we would need to look for morsels of it. He said yes it will have lots of crab and lobster NOT!! We could barely see any seafood and whatever it was, it was so small that it could not be identified. It was extremely disappointing given the price. Avoid this dish. The wedge salad and crab cakes were good.

Went here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Here are my issues... When asked what side we wanted, we were not told of any uncharges for some of them. My wife didn't get uncharged, I did. They were out of their house red wine. We were not told they were out. Instead, we were given a bottle of Josh, and then asked to pay the extra $10, again with no notice until the bill arrived. Finally, to guarantee a tip of 18% for parties 5 and under is ludicrous. I would have actually given a better tip as the service was good, but after the lack of information on uncharges and the guaranteed tip, I was turned off and didn't add more. Overall, decent food.
