"This was my first and last experience dining here. I ordered online through their website, but when my husband arrived to pick it up, they had no record of our order. We had to prove that we had placed it, even though the payment had already been taken from our account, which is standard for online orders. Once they sorted it out, they finally made our food. It wasn’t a huge issue—things happen! However, the food was disappointing. The meat was tough and chewy, like eating a piece of leather, the shrimp was overcooked and unappetizing, and the rice was cold. Overall, not a great experience."

Best Mexican food! I will always get Primo's whether it's carryout or dine in. The restaurant is clean, the service is wonderful and all of the food is hot, fresh and delicious!

Wonderful place. great service. The taco salad fajita is amazing as well as the rest of the food. Salsa was great, chips were hot and fresh. Everything was just topnotch. No alcohol ATM they can't afford to renew but even still 5 stars are not enough.

The older gentleman serving was horrible, very impatient. Two visits and each time rude. The lady is very nice. Unfortunately the customer attention is not there. We ordered the same meal both times and the second time we couldn't order it the same way we did the first.

Wanted to try some new Mexican last night so me and my boyfriend checked this place out!! It was an excellent choice! I have tried Mexican all over and this was literally the best Mexican food I have ever ate! The chips the salsa the guacamole the cheese dip the food the service it was all excellent! It was so good we went back again tonight! The owners are good people and very kind! We will keep coming back and supporting this small business. Great food and excellent service!
