I tried the chocolate cake with white and black chocolate petals on it. What a visual delight! The construction of the cake also provides a variety of structure for rich experience. It would be perfect if the cake did not taste that sweet or contain that much sugar. To me, it’s like adding too much spice when you cook a dish.

small spot, but filled not a piece....ok, maybe a small piece with mouthwater unique and classic tasty. I can't remember any name, but please see the picture for a lot of what I chose in juli, provided there are seasonal goodies included. of course I could not give up the cannoli and the tiramisu. a few gluten-free options, but I will pass on them next time.

Very sweet staff. Neighborhood feel inside. Delicious and unique flavors for bakery options. Love their carrot cake and I recently purchased the Salted Caramel cake. Beautiful! Hand made chocolate flower petals. Which actually were damaged on our drive home and we had to head back. The staff was so accommodating and sweet. this place is a hidden gem! I loved every bite of my chocolate truffle cake. the cake was extremely soft and had the perfect amount of sweet. some can find this place to be expensive. but it is worth it. if they enjoy their lunch or dinner in the main street pleasanton, I would recommend to order this place for dessert instead of from the restaurants. it is worth checking out this place differently. unfortunately they don't have a seat.

We visited this place on a weekday evening and there was no wait. The service is awesome the staff member who was there that was super friendly and patient in answering our questions and in recommending what to eat! I've been here in the past and can't complain about the service. Food wise, there are lots of vegan options! This time we ordered one of the Turkish delights, which was not too sweet and very chewy. While I thought it was not too flavorful but it was nonetheless delicious! Overall, definitely recommend this place and will be back in future to try more of the pastries!

where is the cake? I used to be in the castro Valley shop to buy the princess cake before I had to drive all the way to pleasanton. the inner cake was always a pleasure. I bought an 8-cake for a birthday for 53.00 on the weekend, the last time I bought it, it was 32.00, but no matter it's a special occasion. I was looking forward to it and what a disappointment. it was practically all cream that overwhelmed the cake, no one could finish it. I couldn't taste the Rasberry filling. I get why this place is packed because Pleasanton doesn't have any decent bakeries. But seriously their pricing is insane for what you get. For example the princess cake lacks marzipan, it's so thin where it should be a thicker piece on top. It's tasty but in my opinion not enough marzipan for the price! Let's talk about the chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse priced at a whopping 10.75 per small piece which isn't even made in house. What a joke. I live in San Francisco and I know good bakeries and pastries and this place isn't anything to write home about. Kinda lame. Came here on a whim with my son walking around. They had a lot of selections, nothing too appealing. Everything was overpriced. My son and I got got a cookie each. My son got the chocolate chip and I think I got some kind of hazelnut cookie?? Nothing to write home about. Very basic. I felt it weird they advertise ice cream sandwiches, but you do not see the ice cream they have. I mean I did not see the flavors they have and given I could have asked. A very small and sweet bakery with delicious goodies does wonders. Lingonberry Mousse Cake was absolutely delicious. I will try the Blackberry Mousse Cake next time. It can be difficult to decide what to buy sometimes. Lots of tasty selections. Turkish sweet goodies are also available on top counter. Display on left had petite fours and other delicious cakes. Display on right had tasty cookies, baked goods, and sweets.
