"Fun sit down wings place. Foods usually good. My only gripe would be slow service. I don 't believe this is the fault of the staff for the most part. I think they 're just understaffed. It looks like servers have larger areas they 're responsible for than most other sit down places, which causes some slowdown. Really only had 1 bad experience there and it was with probably the most lazy server I 've ever seen. She dropped off our dessert and we asked for a second spoon. She responded with when I get a minute then walked towards the kitchen area. The entire time she was just texting on her phone and when reaching the kitchen area, just stood there for like 15 minutes continuing to text. We were one party of 2 out of like maybe 4 other parties at the time. No idea how she was still employed though I 've not seen her again since. Probably still texting in the kitchen... Never got that spoon"

Stopped In after moving out of the area for a year. Food quantity and quality has gone down hill. $25 for 15 very small wings. 45 minutes waited for food at 2pm when no one was there. Used to go every Sunday, no more

We drove down from Michigan. Food was great. Staff was nice. Irish Car bombs were amazing. We had a party of 8, everyone loved it. Parking: Very hard to find location if you don't know it's there. Definitely needs more signage on the way back to their location.

The waitress that my family had was over the top amazing. It was her first day being by herself and she was very attentive and kind. Of course the food is always great! We chowed down on some traditional BBQ and garlic parmesan wings. My husband says that the garlic cheese curd burger is a great option to get as well! View menu

We came in on a Sunday afternoon to have a beer or 2 and the draft coors light was terrible tasting my husband couldn't even finish the beer and exchanged it for a bottle. The bartender was very unattentive however she was very friendly and chatty with 2 other male customers. To say the least we won't be back... we didn't even stay to eat food.

Stopped in here today, took awhile to get seated, then took long to get drinks, followed by sitting 30 minutes waiting to order food. After 40 minutes of waiting for our waitress we just left 5 bucks on the table for the one soda and left. Went way downhill and this was at 230pm the restaurant only had a few guests. Save your time like we did and go next door to a different place.

Food and service amazing, got worried a first since We waitied nearly 10 min to be sat. The host was sweet(didn't catch her name. We sat outside and Shamariah was amazing. Manager yelled out, are you going to leave a tip? In front of 3 waitresses who went to the kitchen after hearing no because it was carry out. The 3 waitresses left, to check on our food that's not done. Got home and someone clearly shredded my wife's cheesesticks and threw them in the to go container. It was obvious enough food tampering that I threw my 20 wings in the trash instead of eating. Real shame, the food there is great too. I'll never be returning, we usually go at least once a month to get carryout on the way home. Never had this problem at the Florence location and it's closed. So long Quaker steak, it's been a good run we had over the years.

We decided to go to Quaker Steak lube because we hadn't eaten there in a while. Over the years we have had some great times with our kids and friends there. It was Saturday night and the Bengals were playing there first preseason game. We order the four wheeler appetizer. Quaker Steak lube has cut the portion size of this app in half. And our cheese sticks were so over cook there was no cheese inside only breading. Then after a very long wait our main course came, the wings and fries were ice cold at least my burger was good. The restaurant was not busy and I now see why. It is sad to see a once great restaurant fail. I could go more into depth about our terrible experience. Good bye Quaker...
