"I ordered online for pickup. I arrived 8 minutes after the pickup time and sat at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes before I had to call them to get someone to notice me. Then I sat and waited another 15 minutes while she was bagging up my order . I assumed they forgot I was there. I had to go inside to get my food and the short, old fat lady was extremely defensive and rude. Terrible customer service. I have a feeling they didn 't start cooking my order till I arrived. Won 't be back."

We go here all the time. The atmosphere is not the greatest. However, the food is always fresh! The veggies are crisp with that fire Wok taste. I have never had a bad dish from them? I have tried other places all over Boise, but these guys do it right!

I ordered my usual meal through the app, something I've been doing for years. Unfortunately, this time it was burnt, tough, and just plain awful. I ended up throwing it straight into the trash. What happened? You used to be so dependable! I've relied on you for years, but it feels like you're losing customers and you don't even seem to care.

First of all, the food is incredible. I consider this to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in town in terms of flavor. The drive-through experience can be hit or miss. There's a man who is very attentive and skilled, but there’s also a woman who can be quite rude and disrespectful. Fortunately, I've only encountered the man at the window lately. When the woman was there, I dreaded my experience. However, the taste of the food is truly fantastic!
