"We had a group of older women, most reminiscing about when they took their grandkids to RainForest. So we knew about the theatrics, the noise level and were prepared for that. Our server was absolutely wonderful. The biggest concern I had was trying to get seated. I’m guess there is a policy of not seating a group until all are there. We are all 65 years and older, some with canes. The entrance staff refused to seat us when seven out of our 10 were there, insisting we had to stand and wait. I was able to finally convince her to allow us to be seated and direct the later ones to our table. If the place had been busy and crowded I would understand. At best it was 25% filled. Be prepared for exceptions."

Had to wait 40 minutes to be seated even with reservation. There was plenty places to sit. Could have sat us and just said service would take a bit longer

had fish and chips. fish was very bad it was chewing and hard. the jungle sound was loud and they would turn away. the service was good. very too expensive.

Great place to take your kids or grandkids. Burgers were juicy and portions large. It was fun, just make sure they’re not afraid of loud noises when the gorillas and tigers wake up. Lots of fun! View menu

The food was plentiful and the atmosphere is great fun for kids. It's too bad the other locations have closed down but we drove over 80 miles for this second time since August. We very much enjoyed it.

For some reason, our order took significantly longer than other same sized groups that arrived at the same time. Also, the location may have been understaffed, as our server was also tasked with assisting at the bar. They were very friendly and took our requests in stride, even replacing my wife's dinner that turned out to be much more spicy than expected.
