I absolutely love this place! Their donuts are fantastic, and they serve the best breakfast pizzas I've ever had. I've visited this bakery more than a dozen times, and they've consistently delivered. They also offer more than just baked goods; you can find homemade soups and side dishes available every day.

Phenomenal small diner/bakery for a nice Saturday morning with the breakfast group. As soon as you walk in you get an atmosphere that is unparalleled to anything else in Utica. We ordered, and our waitress was very kind and had a great sense of humor. Ourfood followed soon after. I ordered pancakes and was taken back by how big they were for the small price I paid! We tried Ramon's bakery as avid donut lovers. The staff was very friendly and there was no one there but us. She recommended to us the fingers which were so fluffy and delicious. We also got two old fashioned donuts (my personal favorite type of donut) and they were both really good. We also tried their Vanilla Pustie which was amazing. The pastry was sweet and the cream filling was amazing. You have to try it if you go! We loved the variety and the cookies there looked super good

As for communication with the bakery, it was fantastic! We reached out at the last minute because our original baker canceled unexpectedly due to illness. A friend suggested Ramon’s, mentioning that they bring sweets from there every week. I was worried because we only had a two-day notice for ordering pastries, but my friend encouraged me to contact them. To my delight, they came through astonishingly well!
