"Christmas Eve celebration with family. Even with the reservation the wait time was ~20 mins. for a party of five, all they would give us was a booth for 4 and a chair in the aisle. As everyone should know, the chair is always in the way, being bumped and has the greatest potential for accidental spillage on the person sitting there. Once seated, it was another half hour before anyone even came to the table. Orders place all at once to avoid another long wait. Food took 45 minutes to arrive. Orders were incomplete and during the excessive long wait no one visited the table. No refills were offered or updated to the long wait explained. After asking for refills at least twice and also for the missing food items, we all had finished our meals before the waiter returned finally. We refused the refills and food items and thankfully was able to pay on the tablet thing on the table. Otherwise I'm sure we'd still be waiting for the check. Horrible experience and inexcusable wait staff. Good was actual good but food orders were not complete and missing sides."

Good meal with lobsters, crab and shrimp. Deplorable and poorly organized service. We waited for a table even though there was room. It was enough to glue 2 tables of 4.

Overall no complaints. Its red lobster and crowded on sat night. Place needed more help to help over all appearance of dining room and bar area. Food came and quick and hot. Service was good and friendly.

I don't go to Red lobster that often but I can say I feel the food was much better about years ago. The Ceasar salad used to be delicious now its super bland seafood with pasta was decent nothing great. have to say the biscuits are sti great Server was very nice and accommodating View menu

I tried to add another guest to my reservation at Red Hummer, but since they are not a member of OpenTable, I had to call the restaurant directly. They said they couldn't add anyone to my party. It was frustrating because I hadn't even arrived yet and they should have been able to accommodate my request. The system seemed disorganized and it took a long time to resolve the issue.
