"As for the service, the staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient! During both busy and quiet times, I've found them to be attentive and never once rushed or impolite in my experience. The sit-down experience is enjoyable, with a waiter escorting you to your table, and they are more than happy to accommodate requests for specific seating if available. Now, let me rave about the food! The cheeseburger and fries are absolutely divine, featuring perfectly crispy fries with a wonderfully warm and gooey interior. The matzoh ball soup is equally superb and often arrives alongside your drinks in mere minutes. I highly recommend their stellar Shirley Temple—this endorsement comes from someone who seldom orders sweet beverages! Their grilled cheese is perfectly warm, crispy, and indulgently cheesy. I've also enjoyed their omelettes, but honestly, it’s hard to outshine the classics. If you're in the mood for something lighter and quicker, you can sit at the bar to enjoy a selection of pastries like croissants, brownies, and tarts, or you can opt for takeout. They also offer an enticing array of pies and cakes, though it’s been some time since I indulged in dessert, as the meals are so satisfying and comforting."

American restaurant with themed interior, nice people, bottomless coffee, good food. They do serve everything from breakfast to dinner. All traditional american food on the menu. Good spot to pop for breakfast. View menu

This was the worst spaghetti and meatballs I've ever had—definitely deserving of a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records. The food is extremely overpriced for the quality. This is the kind of place you should avoid...

I had the best truffle mac and cheese of my life here on Christmas Day, even though it was a bit late for dinner. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. This is truly an underrated fine dining gem in New York City that is accessible to everyone.

Remedy has such a nostalgic energy you feel instantly relaxed. Came here after seeing a few bands play. It was a late night and the staff were so friendly. It’s now one of my favorite diners in the city. We got dessert and French fries the perfect combination So delicious! View menu

The food was delicious diner fare! It can get really crowded on weekends, which results in slow service. The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately, the food just didn’t come out of the kitchen quickly enough. While the meals weren’t cold, it was clear they had been sitting around waiting to be served. The coffee wasn’t being replenished regularly. However, the Bellinis and mimosas were fantastic! Overall, this is a wonderful spot for brunch, with a lively atmosphere!

Typically, restaurants with such a wide-ranging menu raise some concerns, but Remedy Diner excels in every cuisine! We tried a bit of everything on the menu—gnocchi, pasta, quesadillas, salads, pie, sandwiches, dumplings, and more. Each dish was delightful and incredibly fresh, especially considering it was 2 AM! The service was very friendly, and the classic atmosphere added to the experience. I would definitely return for a full breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a midnight snack.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
