Rib Chop House St. George, Utah

Went on a weekday. Plenty of seating. Service was friendly. Food was amazing and they have multiple sauce options. Meat falling off the bone, and original sides for new flavors.

Absolutely the best place in St. George! The best bartenders! Maddi and Hannah rock! Abby in the front of the house always has a smile and Anna is the coolest server in the place! They all have been fantastic the last two years I’ve been a customer. I work out here two weeks of the month and it’s my favorite place in town. Makes me feel like I’m home. 100% recommend.

Without a doubt, this is the best spot in St. George! The bartenders are incredible—Maddi and Hannah are amazing! We love Rib Chop House and have visited several times. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming us from the moment we walked in until we left. Our server, Jimmy, was outstanding—he took care of all our requests quickly and with a great sense of humor. The food was amazing! I had the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta Alfredo, and the portion was huge—I have leftovers for tomorrow. The calamari was also fantastic, as were the ribs and rib eye. We can't wait to return!

We love Rib Chop House and have been to numerous locations. The staff was so friendly from the time we walked in the door until we left. Our server, Jimmy, was amazing. He accommodated all our requests and did so quickly. He was fun and a great server. Our food was excellent. I had the shrimp and scallop pasta Alfredo. The portion was very large and I now have more for tomorrow. The calamari was also excellent, as were the ribs and rib eye. We can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our visit at this location. The interior was quite rich and stylish. The tables and chairs were comfortable. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She came up to the tables frequently. Food-wise this place might not be the best wetried, but it is okay. The artichoke hearts were spicy and too salty in our opinion. Overpriced. But excellent service. Started with the calamari. It was good, a little greasy and over spiced. It. Was too spicy hot for my wife. My fillet was cooked medium rare as requested. All of the salt and pepper was in one spot on the steak. So most of it was bland and then WOW! I got a huge bite of salt and pepper. The sweet potato fries were so salty we could not eat them. My wife had the ribs. They were fall off the bone, and tasty. Katie was a great server. She was friendly and attentive.

It took the waitress a long time to take our food orders. She also seemed flustered when she finally came over to us, not sure why as it didn’t seem very busy. I got the pot roast (pictured) and it was absolutely delicious! The mashed potatoes could be better, but not bad. Also got a side salad which was pretty standard. However, my friend got the “Super Caesar Salad” which wasn’t very super! It was a very large salad, however drenched in dressing to the point or sogginess. The chicken in the salad was good. Brownie ice cream sandwich for dessert. It was decent but the brownies didn’t seem super fresh Overall decent after a long day of driving and was close to the hotel.

Nah, just keep moving people, nothing to see here. In fairness the gumbo and sweet potato fries were really good. Unfortunately the main dishes bombed and not in a good way. They brag seafood so fresh Utah must be oceanfront, nope. Pasta always so verynot special, with a bland Alfredo sauce, seafood wasn't even mediocre. Scallops smaller than dimes. Sandwich had thin cut drychicken smothered in bacon bits, nope. Asked about lemonade and was told it's minute maid but saw menu as we were leaving theytout fancy lemonade so either the menu is lying or the waitress was.
