"Rice up has been a favorite of our for a long time. Often we take family in and spend a lot of money, buying multiple appetizers and entrees for the family and to take home for leftovers. Fast, friendly, good food. That said, we recently had an experience that was absolutely terrible. My fiancé ordered the Namtok. (Salad). When it arrived she took one bite and said she thought the meat was bad. She asked me to try. I took a small bite and agreed. We both had to spit it out into a napkin. We told the waitress the sliced beef was foul. My fiancé ordered something different and that was fine. When we received the bill, they charged us for the Namtok that was bad and also the replacement entree. We said something about it and they said, Namtok was the most expensive item on their menu and we ate some of it. In the end, I think they gave a credit for the replacement entree, but it was not a $21 dollar entree. I think this is poor business. The meat was bad. It happens. We don’t fault them for that, but the way they handled it was very poor. While we used to get food there once a week, we have not been back and I doubt we will return. I wish their meat was more tender, regardless of the protein; it's quite tough. However, the seasonings are absolutely perfect. If they can find a way to serve meat that is tender instead of chewy, it would definitely deserve 5 stars!

I place my weekly order for Tom Yum with prawns at this restaurant. I can't find Tom Yum anywhere else that matches the incredible flavor and perfect spiciness they deliver. The service is always friendly, and my food is ready for pickup just five minutes after I call. I'm lucky to have this restaurant less than a mile from my workplace. I’ll continue to order from them because I can always rely on their soup to be just right!

I recently ordered dinner from Takeout and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed. For the price range of $50 to $100 per person, I expected a much higher quality meal. Unfortunately, the food was lackluster at best, earning a solid one-star rating. The service was equally frustrating. The delivery took longer than expected, and when I reached out for assistance, I didn't receive the support I needed. Again, just one star. As for the atmosphere, I can't comment much since it was a takeout order, but based on what I saw when I picked up my food, it certainly did not inspire confidence.
