"we had several meals at rm seafood during our stay in mandalay bay, but the highlight was our Friday dinner for five. our server, david (aka mr. deeds) was excellent. be knowing about the menu was very appreciated, and his enthusiastic attitude was unmatched! rm had hosted a big party earlier on the day and was “out” of some of the dinges we would normally have ordered, but deeds led us to other delicious options and entertained us all night. we had a reunion with an old known and the entire staff was very courteous as we sat on our table and remembered much longer than normal."

the food and the drinks were very good. a bit expensive, but to expect for the mandalay bay area. we had a few sushi rolls and a nice whispering appetizer. Mustels were very good. bier selection was ok. the place is empty at 9 o'clock. View menu

The service was inattentive and very slow this evening. I have been here before and had a much better experience then. We were a group of 7 and they added a large group service charge to our bill so I guess we paid extra for their slow service.

it must have been a night. they had no fish, sushi or garnel for the night and we arrived at 7:00 a.m. service was ok, but not as expected for the price of the restaurant. it took almost two hours to get our main course, eating that we received was sufficient, but not stellar. I expected much more of this restaurant on all levels.

This is the 5th time here and by far the best restaurant we have been too! We reserved a table for 9:15pm and were running late due to traffic. The staff patiently waited and were extremely nice, accommodating and pleasant. Great service, fantastic food, awesome cocktails and all meals prepared perfectly ! From the moment we stepped into the restaurant we were pleased with every interaction with the numerous staff members we encountered. The menu was very interesting and we choose a variety of starters, then a main course and a fantastic dessert assortment. The wine selection was great also. Each bite of food was delicious! I’ve already recommended RM Seafood to a lot of my friends the next time they are in Las Vegas.

The restaurant was not crowded but our server was clearly not interested in our experience as we were a non-drinking party of two. Meanwhile, a party of six men came in ordering wine and he was very engaged with them and frequently checked in with them, made conversation, etc. I understand the importance of chasing a big tip, but all customers deserve good service. I cannot remember his name but do remember that he said he was Hawaiian.
