"Our experience was mediocre at best. We had to wait a few minutes for our table upon arrival due to low staffing issues and not because it was busy. There was no hostess near the entrance to even know we had arrived. This is in direct contrast to restaurants like Longhorn Steakhouse which always has someone up front to greet you. We ordered a kids meal which seemed fine. Our seafood dishes were good (jumbo sauteed shrimp and salmon), but the chicken/pasta dish was average. The salads were good, but salad dressing was sparse. I had to ask for more dressing for my salad. It took about 20 minutes once the salads were served to get our server's attention to rectify the situation. We did enjoy our meals, but these small annoyances definitely downgraded my star rating. I probably will not return any time soon. That said, the reservation system was top notch as to reminding us of our reservation for Christmas Day. The ease of confirming it online was super easy as well."

many thanks that they are open on Christmas day! with only 2 of us can cook a chore, so it was nice to go for a wonderful Italian meal. the restaurant was not crowded or loud and we had an excellent service.

Five stars! Our server was Outstanding and from the moment we arrived for the holiday dinner, it felt truly warm! This Strongsville location did an excellent job! Thank you so much for being open on Christmas and giving such great food and service!!

The menu has greatly decreased and is now mostly pasta dishes. Wine list and menus look cheap. You can’t cost cut to excellence. Our meals were good but not recommended to a friend. For example, the lobster bisque seemed thin and not comparable to others around town. I hope they can turn it around. Server was excellent.
