"I?ve been a regular customer since the day it opened. Unfortunately it?s just a waste of money now. Hate to see this place run down hill. I also use this location to order large order for work. It?ll never happen again l! From talking to multiple otherpeople it seems like a lot of them feel the same way. When i called about my personal order last week i was told by and employee?welcome to inflation? the most unprofessional but yet funny thing a manager as ever told me. But, long story short i called totry to get my ordered fixed and what was said in Spanish was absolutely disrespectful. I also tried to cancel my large cateringorder and they told me ?that sucks because we can?t cancel it? and hung up. Here are some photos?."

Not bad for the price. I had the chicken fajitas and they were tasty.

I love all Rosa’s locations because they have high drive through lanes and I can drive my 10’ vehicle through

Our family of 11 had our food quickly prepared. We all enjoyed the tacos and enchiladas. And always get the sopapillas. View menu

This used to be great food. The last 3 times I have been the tacos were 1/2 filled. Orders wrong. Food over all does not taste as good. I emailed the company all 3 times letting them know. I got zero response. A shame really. Loved going here.

The worst Rosa’s cafe in the area. Go to the other one up 121 a bit instead. They were bumping out numbers to pick up the food, but none of it was ready. Wonder if that’s a trick to make their internal times faster? Everyone seemed miserable. A few were working real hard, looked absolutely miserable themselves though. Just a sad location.

I arrived at 9:30 PM for some Tuesday tacos, only to be told they had run out of tortillas. This was just 30 minutes before closing! Save yourself the trip and head 10 minutes north to the Rosas in Frisco. They were able to serve me what I wanted at 9:55 PM. I've always had a better experience at that Rosas, especially in terms of food quality and customer service. View menu

This is a family favorite, especially since one of my kids is a tortilla lover. After ordering kids can watch in the window as the tortillas are made fresh. We always order an extra 6 to make extra tacos with there and use at home. They have a great toppings bar for you to self serve, clean restrooms, and a HUGE seating area. They are usually pretty quick to prep the food too!

I recently placed a pick-up order at Rosa’s Cafe and was very pleased with the experience. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to their user-friendly website. I received a confirmation email promptly, and my order was ready for pick-up at the promised time. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and quickly assisted me with my order. The food was well-packaged, ensuring it remained hot and fresh by the time I got home. Everything I ordered was accurate, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations—delicious and flavorful as always.

"March 2022 The good the menu is extensive, lots of options even for vegetarians along with sandwiches and sides. Seating area is large enough to fit bigger parties. Once you enter through the door, you walk straight to the ordering booth and give your order. This was our first time so I asked to be seated first (you must find an empty table and make yourself comfy) and go through the menu before ordering anything. The menus are available right besides the ordering booth. For food, we had Achari Garlic Bread, Achari Tandoori Chicken Pizza, Achari Paneer Pizza. They also have a few options for drinks with beers and wine along with bottled/ can sodas. We decided to go with a bottle of wine. The bad let?s start with the service here, or lack there of. The entire process is that you have to order your food and find a table yourself, wine bottles have to opened by, guess who, by you, which isn?t a bad thing if you know how to open one, but I?m sure they?d help if needed. The glasses for wines are available at the back shelf and when we went to pick up the glasses, few looked like they were used and put up there and the others had a thick coating of dust. We had to clean the glasses ourselves before we could even drink the wine. Talking about the food, the pizzas felt like they were made haphazardly, with chicken and jalapeño just put on top of the pizza instead of everything blended smoothly into one fine layer. The pizza was tasty but lacked a punch that I expected from an Indo style pizza. Overall, a decent place with a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers."
