"It's been a few months since I ordered pizza from Rosati's Carol Stream. Today I ordered a small thin crust, well made cheese and sausage with easy on the sauce. I don't know what happened in the last few months, but that was the worst pizza ever! Cheese had no taste, sausages too spicy and greasy, crust tasted like one of these freezers burned pizza crust that you get in the grocery store and chew like cardboard. Oh and sauce was not that “easy”, a big thick pasty ring circled around the edge, and was not the easy tasting of fresh marinara, which was in the past on my pizza.. The three stars are for the pleasant cash, and the fact that I was able to at the time they told me and it was hot."

Pizza is delicious. They're the only Rosati's to make the 24 inch pizza in my area. Customer service is good. I've never eaten in the restaurant or tried food other than her pizza. I can't talk about it.

Chicken dinner over cooked hard and chewy instead of preparing another dinner the guy is arguing with a customer about money, I didn't want my money back just a better prepared dinner I bought with my money. Very unprofessional needs work on customer service and cook. Man I’ve been a rosatis lover most of my life. Never got a bad pizza in on 25 years. I go to Elk Grove, Bloomingdale, Lombard, and Addison. Tonight I was out late so I tried this one in Carol Stream next to the police station. This was a bad move. I usually stick to my 4 locations. My pizza was burnt. I don’t know if this is how they make theirs or if it’s because the guy in there is sitting on his phone and not paying attention to the pizzas but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Hope they can get it together for their future customers. Remember, I’ve been eating rosatis since I was 10 and I’m now 38. Get it together.

This is actually Joe S. I have been ordering from this Rosati's for many many years. I have had orders messed up but they always seem to own up and make it right. Tonight my wife ordered in front of me and ordered cheese bread sticks with everything else we ordered over $52 worth of food. We called back and told them it wasn't on receipt but we did order it. The gentleman who answered phone was the person who took the order told my wife she didn't order them. I heard her order them it was the 1st thing she ordered. It's one thing to make a mistake it's another thing to put it on someone else. Guess I will find a new place to order out from.
