"the service in this ruby Tuesday is of color the worst I have experienced. we had to wait 15 minutes until the server recognizes us to take our drink order, then ask them to take our food order. I also had to go to the bar and ask for cutlery after we got our salads from the salatbar. I can only imagine how the hot food will be. hot eating was surprisingly good. the service was better than the night went on. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not return."

waiting for our appetizers, it was 45 minutes, with my poor on the sticky table top. the place is terrible downhill. the prices are huge. I'll wait 10 minutes and then I'll ask for compensation for the meal. that is terrible service.

went and ordered a ribeye with her salatable. Salad bar options were not fresh, and the options were very minimal. the ribeyesteak was broken and fried and scattered with oil, not what I expect from a ribeye. I ordered it medium, and I did it well. I wouldn't come back.
