"Rusty Bellies has great food and the service was fantastic. We came for lunch on a Thursday and when I called to see if they had Ipswich whole belly clams you could tell they were busy so I made reservations for 2 pm. We arrived 15 minutes early and ourtable was already waiting for us. Our waitress Jasmine was outstanding. She brought us our drinks and was constantly refillingthem when needed. Every time she came by she asked us if we needed anything. Jasmine you get a 10+ from us. Now for the food itwas delicious we had the Fish and Chips and Whole belly fried Clams and Jambalaya and Gumbo Soup. It reminded us of back home inNew England. Not too many places in Florida sell whole belly clams just strips. They even have a place to park. We had a greatexperience from checking in to the moment we left. See you soon"

The restaurant has plenty of parking spaces. Inside it looks like a typical beach grill, always busy and noisy, but the crowd is very friendly. Service is attentive and fast. Menu is large and most of their dishes are delicious some of them have very simple, but nice presentation. The bartenders there have nice vine pours, the martini that we ordered was strong and properly made. Their prices very reasonable despite popularity.

I recently had the best seafood I've enjoyed in a long time! The wait for a table was a bit long—we waited an hour and a half—but I recommend calling ahead or making an online reservation. The food was definitely worth the wait. We opted for outdoor seating, and the fish dip appetizer was fantastic. The service was excellent, and we will certainly be returning. The prices are reasonable as well. If you haven’t explored Tarpon Springs yet, the area is also lovely for a stroll.

Amazing food and atmosphere! Wait time was longer than I would like to wait for but well worth it. While we waited for our table we sat outside, grabbed a drink and listened to the live music. After we were sat we were greeted by our server who was perfect might I add. Her name was Heather if you happen to get her you're in great hands. She recommended the Snapper and the special for my wife which was a scallop dish with mushroom risotto. Again everything was perfect. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Always a good bet to drive to Rusty Bellies in Tarpon Springs for seafood! Your menu gets quite consistent updates, so also as a local and a somewhat more regular to explore new dishes. We visited on a Tuesday night at 9 p.m. how the live music played. We sat on the very pleasant outdoor deck. Pleasant as its August and an inferno in Florida, they had some strong wind moving fans out there and it felt like case. We sat right away and brought out their signature hush puppies hot. Our server was pleasant, friendly and helpful. We ordered some of the newer dishes and were not disappointed. We're coming back! View menu

Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced food in a tourist area. The grouper sandwich my husband ordered was fried and the fish was so flaky and delicious, you could definitely tell how fresh it was! We got the fried shrimp appetizer which was alsodelicious. The sushi was hands down some of the best I?ve had in the Pinellas county area. They only serve it Thursday -Saturday after 4pm, but it?s worth the wait!! Each roll was better than the next! Everything tasted so fresh! We will definitelybe back again, that?s for sure! Our waiter was also super friendly!! I?m also glad we made a reservation, because we only waited5 minutes to be seated!

Overall, the food was good! We had fish dip, calamari, double eagle chicken sandwich, uncle Stevie prime rib sandwich, chicken Dakota, fried shrimp, and Carley sue shrimp and grits. Chicken Dakota and Carley sue shrimp and grits were the best!! BloodyMary was average but still good. Ordered an IPA and they brought out some other beer, not sure what it was- our server Brittanywas great and made the fix. No complaints on the food, everything was hot and come out rather quickly, but it?s honestly notworth the long wait to be sat for dinner. We came here last night and were told over an hour? today at lunch it was 30 minutes.Get a reservation if you?re planning on coming! Again, Brittany was gre...

I had to find out what the rave was about Rusty Bellies! I am so glad I did! The restaurant offers a wait list, which is great but I would definitely encourage you to make a reservation. You can do this on line, which is fantastic. The first time I triedto go, the wait was over a hour. Luckily being at the Sponge Docks there were other options. The atmosphere is fun and festive. It is enjoyable for the entire family. There is seating outside by the water as well. Not only is the food options amazing, butthe desert was out of this world! I highly recommend to save room! Our waitress was Jasmine! She was bright and bubbly. Sheexplained what were diners favorites. She checked on our table consta...

"Tarpon Springs is an interesting place to visit. There 's an odd mix of tourists, locals, and out-of-towners that keeps the area feeling like a tourist trap, but still maintains a certain local charm. Being a settlement of the Greeks back in the day for sponge diving, there is certainly no shortage of Greek themed food establishments. Yeah, some famous named TV chef endorses this one restaurant, and some slightly famous food video blogger raves about another, blah blah. But there is a nice, slightly off the path gem called Costa 's right there in the center of town. First, the service. perfect every time. Nice, friendly, and prompt. Second, the prices are very reasonable. Third, the food is quite simply the best Greek/Mediterranean cuisine on the planet. Portions are more than sufficient to satisfy the largest appetites. Always start with the Saganaki (flaming cheese). We 've had so many wonderful dishes here. The Mousaka will blow your mind! The lamb shank can almost feed two. The Souvlaki (chicken or pork) is so juicy and tender and comes with a ton of garnishes. Their Greek salad is a work of art and comes with a dressing that nears a religious experience. Let 's talk Gyro meat for a second. There are so many variations and recipes for a good Gyro. But, Costa 's has the absolute best Gyro meat on the planet. The seasonings aren 't over bearing and the meat is always glistening with juices and so very tender. When in Tarpon Springs, get away from the dolphin cruise barkers and redundant tourist gift shops for a bit and sit your butt down at Costa 's for grub. You will NOT leave hungry, guaranteed. I would recommend doing a dolphin cruise, BEFORE eating though. There are no public facilities on Anclote Island and the accommodations on the dolphin cruises would be less than desirable for any such... needs ."
