"I’ve been coming to this restaurant all my life, Oak Park location, 15 miles Sterling Heights location then when they moved it to the 16 mile location I must say the place is always clean. The food is always delicious. It never fails the servers go above and beyond to make sure the experience is amazing, I just had a baby and I threw my daughter’s baptism party there at the 16 mile location. The owner. , I just had a baby and I threw my daughters baptism party there at the 16 mile location the owner Saad is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life he went above and beyond to make my party. Perfect. Also, the lady forgive me I cannot remember her name. I think she was a manager she set up my whole suite table made sure everything looked beautiful. They even bought me centerpieces and table covers, they did not charge me extra for anything they went above and beyond they did more than they should have, and didn’t ask me for nothing and did not overcharge me. I must say it was the best experience and I cannot believe how amazing everything turned out and how kind they were to me afterwards , when my husband went to pay the owner the next day for the party, I must say I have never Met a more humble, kind, generous man like that guy. I cannot say what he did for me, but let me just tell you more for me than my own family. God bless him, and keep blessing all his businesses because he deserves everything he has more."

Poor service from waitress. Didn't serve us the salad upgrade we ordered, no pickles, no garlic sauce for bread, didn't offer tea at end but automatically added 20% tip. Bad experience but they don't care

Excellent place to get dinner. The best things here are the beef tikka (the filet), the bread they give you with the meal, and the beef shawrma. All their meat is very moist, tender and taste excellently! The lamb chops are okay so just stick with the meat.

Attended a wedding banquet here and the food was good, but the service and the logistics of the seating arrangements could have been better. Servers at the bar seemed surprised that you wanted a drink and acted confused when you requested something specific. After everyone was seated for dinner we had to get up and change tables.

They have upgraded the store and it looks great, it is very spacious and items are placed in very organized and confortable tables that are easy to go round and pick your choice of product. Best middle eastern restaurant in the Detroit area. We keep trying new ones and end up coming back to Sahara both oak Park and Sterling Heights. Been going there for over 20 years and not a single bad meal or service. The food is done just right, and fresh. Service is above the top. We finally gave up on trying new places that are rated higher. This place deserves a 10 star.
