"I ordered for pick up. I asked if the Cali burger comes with onion and avocado, female in the phone said no to both, BUT the menu states it comes with avocado. So I ordered that and 1 pupusa. I showed up to pick up not only she lied about the onion and avocado cause they packed my burger with extra onion. The female at the counter was rude and had an attitude because she asked if I was paying with card or cash…. But she never mentioned if you pay card it’s a $1 extra so when I seen that I told her I would pay cash. He gave me an attitude and proceeded to say “next time if you say card and then change your mind I will charge you that extra $1”….. there won’t be a next time thanks to her.WORST SERVICE!!!! I will let my colleagues know about it so they can stop going there."

Best pupusas I’ve had since moving to Vegas. They were very polite when placing my order and the pupusas are a great size. They also give you a lot of curtido salsa. Definitely recommend.

Best pupusas, they know how to make them so good you'll be coming back for more. This is a great place to eat with the family. The grill and whole process are where you can see all the magic happen.

I had a terrible experience with my takeout order. They mistakenly gave my order to another customer, who ended up taking it for almost 20 minutes. When he returned, they took the food from him and handed it to me, but it was cold and already opened. This is a serious health code violation and absolutely unacceptable. Food rating: 1/5. I ordered the Cali Fries and let me tell you... They were the best carne asada fries ive ever had. The fries were crunchy when she brought them to our table and they still held their crisp even with the amount of toppings on them. The only thing that didn't sit right with me was paying 2.00 for a 12 oz can of coke. Overall great experience.

Stopped in on a whim based on the good reviews. Very pleasantly surprised how delicious all the food was! I would highly recommend the carne asada fries, the chicken papusas, and the jalapeño and cheese papusas. Will definitely be coming back again. My quest for fruit tamales continues!I asked for a sweet tamale after getting blank stares with fruit. I ended up with a corn tamale and some sort of half sweet dipping sauce. Very good but not what I wanted. May I have a cup of ice water? Nooooo... She brought me a cup of ice. Clean and pleasant if a bit pricey, this place has loads of charm and the tamale was tasty. We have been regulars at this restaurant for years, but during our last two visits, we've noticed some troubling changes. Over the past couple of months, the food doesn't taste as it used to, the portions have become smaller, and the prices have gone up. The level of service also seems to have declined; the owner, who used to be very attentive and present, no longer appears at the front. Although I know she sometimes works in the kitchen, she no longer oversees the dishes being served. On my last visit, I was served a corn atol that was bitter and stale. Overall, there seems to be a lot of carelessness in both the service and the food lately.

Today I went for the 2nd time with my mom and a friend and the attitude of the waitress is terrible, she is rude, we wanted a table that was dirty and she told us that another one was available because the one we wanted who knows what time she was going to to clean but she told us in a very rude way that some customers who were there told us that she is terrible, seriously what an ugly attitude and they also got upset because they say that it is not the 1st time she has done it, therefore we will not return, We don't have to pay to be treated like this, my Mom has a disability and for that reason we wanted that table for her comfort. And even though last time they gave us the pupusas a littl...

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
