"Filth. Walk in met by over grown and dead landscape. Use the restroom and it smells of urine and dirty porcelain basins. No paper towels to dry hands what do the servers use? Sit down at table and edges of table has years of dirt and grime worked into surface. Windows are marked with hand prints that appear to have been there months and outside windows are dusty and water stained. Waitress brings condiments to table and Tabasco sauce has hardened spillage leaking out the side of bottle….spoke to lead about presence and she understood but didn’t appear the restaurant is in a position to change. Had a hard time swallowing food here as with as much filth openly present couldn’t help but worry what the kitchen looked like. Not sure if my mind made my stomach unsettled or the food. Ate enough to sustain my but certainly didn’t finish my plate. Won’t come back here till under new management. Place is in bad shape…."

Menu has gotten down to only 2 salads... Wanted a chef salad but no longer available. Had their chicken Caesar which was lettuce n chicken 14$. . Prolly won't do that again.

I waited 40 minutes for what I expected to be a regular portion, but when my meal finally arrived, it looked more like a serving for a small child. On top of that, I had to wait another 20 minutes just for a single glass of water.

Sadly this is the second time I've had to walk out of the restaurant with out being served. The first time I waited 20 minutes and didn't even get asked what I wanted to eat. Today I stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes has waitresses continue to walk by without seeding me. Will not go back

I have never been more disgusted in my life. When I was paying for my meal I saw the cook RUBBING head with his gloves on. Then he did not change his gloves and then turn around and keep cooking touch french fries touch plates continuously touch his face while never changing his gloves. Tyhe manager lady was standing right next to him watching it with no gloves on herself serving food. The most disgusting place I have ever seen. DON'T EAT HERE IT IS NASTY View menu

My wife and I ate at the Hermiston, Oregon location on Easter Sunday, 2024. Building was run down. Landscaping was unkept. Inside, carpet was filthy. Windows were VERY dirty. Where I sat, I could smell dried urine. Waitress wiped the table with a dirty rag. My Patty Melt had a VERY small patty, a few little strings of onion, and VERY HEAVILY loaded with some kind of poor tasting sauce. VERY difficult to eat. My wife's steak had more fat that meat. Place has gone downhill FAST in the last 3 years. USED to be a nice place... USED to. Not any more. I would not recommend the Hermiston location to ANYONE. Very sad...Parking: Lots of parking, BUT not near the entry not even the handicapped parking...

On 03/03/24, I came here to have lunch with my parents. Since I was running errands, they placed an order for me around 1:14 and I ended up getting here around 01:35. My food still wasn't ready which was a little surprising since the restaurant wasn't packed. Eventually I got my food at 1:54 which was about 40 minutes after my order was placed. My food wasn't hot too. I don't ever keep track of stuff like this, but in this scenario I decided to because I thought the wait time was ridiculous.Also it felt like my parents were getting ignored because they wanted a refill on their coffee but they never got it. The people around us did. Maybe the waitress forgot, but it wouldn't hurt to check up....
