"We had never heard of this place before so we decided to stop for lunch. We walked up to the counter and the girl standing there just stared at us and didn't say anything. We asked if we pay first and she nodded her head. Nice customer service skills. The floors were sticky, most of the tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned off from previous customers. We finally found a clean one in the corner. The salad bar was decent, there were quite a few options. Breadsticks and marinara were good. All of the other hot food we tried wasn't exactly hot, it was barely warm. Ravioli tasted good but it could have been warmer. Mac n cheese, potatoes, pizza, chicken, it was all barely lukewarm. Dessert pizza was hard and had no flavor. Ice cream machine was broken. Soda fountain was a disaster. Spills all over the place, tea machine not working, soda all over the floor, the rug in front of the machine was soaking wet. The restrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper and urine all over the floors. Soap dispenser not working. Roll of paper towels sitting on counter covered in water. Both toilets were dirty and hadn't been flushed in a while."

The food was good, but I ordered pizza and wings. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't come with the wings. I also requested blue cheese for the wings, but we received ranch instead. I had to reorder the pizza.

pizza is ok for a cheap dinner after drinking and need to soak up some alcohol or when ordering for a bunch of kids. the wings are so gross, slimy, covered in sauce, its like they microwave them. most of the appetizers taste as if they have been microwaved.

This pizza place has consistently been exceptional. I love their pizza, and their tiramisu is to die for! My most recent experience was in the middle of the night, and our pizza arrived hot and incredibly fast. I always appreciate their almost perfect service. View menu

I tried the Sunday afternoon buffet, and while the food was decent, it certainly didn't impress. The pizza crust was reminiscent of cardboard, and the pasta was overcooked and too soft. The highlights of the meal were definitely the salad and dessert bars, which were the best offerings.

We waited two hours for our order. At 8:20 PM, we received a call saying our food was on its way. However, when we called at 10:30 PM to check on the status, the representative from Sicily's informed us that the driver had arrived but did not take our order. He was rude and showed little concern for the fact that we had been waiting for two hours for our meal.

only one of the worst pizzas I've ever got from sicily. that was terrible. they couldn't even pick up a piece of pizza without everything falling off. at some point I tried to eat a pizza with a fork. not to mention that there was a screw and I had to drive back to repair my order. customer service was at least courteous, they were nice and fixed everything that was not asked. This place serves the best pizza and has the most wonderful staff. The restaurant is spotless, with a playground for kids and a coffee shop attached. I could keep raving about it! It's truly the best spot in the city. The young team treats every customer like they are serving their beloved grandparent their final meal. I can't praise this place enough—10/10! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

My wife and I stopped by this restaurant after shopping at the Diamond Center Mall. The posted closing time was 9 PM, and we arrived at 7:50 PM. Unfortunately, the food was dry, not well stocked, and there were no labels indicating what anything was. By 8:05 PM, they started turning off the heat lamps over the food. The only highlight was my wife’s comment that the ice cream was good, but that was really it. We left feeling hungry and had to stop somewhere else for a meal. On the upside, there was plenty of parking since there were hardly any customers there.
