"631 is a hidden gem of a restaurant located on the North Fork. We have enjoyed breakfast there on multiple occasions and decided to celebrate my birthday there as well. Their Greek dishes are a standout, so we decided to focus on those options. The grilled octopus, oysters, gyro platters, and whole red snapper were all delicious. The outdoor dining area is spacious and comfortable, and our server was very attentive. This may just become my new favorite spot."

Amazing service, cool looking place and great food. Came with a party of 9 after a day at Pindar vineyards. Real good find. Highly recommended!

This casual restaurant offers a coffee shop menu. The food and service are average, but if you're looking for a simple diner meal, you'll likely be satisfied.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Save time and money and go to dinner in Greenport. inconspicuous staff, stable bread, cooked meat, unclean fish, overcooked pasta. The owner continued to eat the fish at the bar after he was sent back. Great! Stay away!

This is a home town style restaurant with creative, tasty food. Our server turned out to be the daughter of a friend, so the meal included some pleasant conversation since it was not busy during mid-week. The menu was extensive and featured a lot of variety. I enjoyed the local beer on tap and my companion enjoyed the wine also on tap. View menu

Awful, awful, awful! Don't waste your time or money here, head to Greenport for dinner instead. The staff is inattentive, the bread is stale, the meat is overcooked, the fish is not cleaned properly, and the pasta is overcooked. To top it off, the owner went ahead and ate the fish at the bar after it was returned. Disgusting! Keep your distance from this place!

631 is very under the radar ' restaurant on the north fork. We had enjoyed breakfast several times and decided to celebrate my birthday there. We decided that they would emphasize their Greek courts and go in that direction. Everything was great. Grilled octopus, oysters, gyro plates and the whole red snapper. A very comfortable and spacious outdoor dining area and a very attentive server. This could be my new place.

"I was very excited to try to the Southold Fish Market this afternoon. My wife and I called-in an order of two wraps for takeout. When we arrived, I went inside to pick-up our order. There was a short line of customers waiting to pick-up orders, and all seemed to be following social distancing practices, wearing masks, etc. I expected to and had no issue waiting a few minutes to pick up the order. As it turns out, I ended up being not only complacent with a short wait, but thankful as I looked around and saw multiple employees (1) wearing masks improperly, (2) pulling them off of their face to talk to customers, and (3) not wearing masks at all, while eating behind the register. At this point, I left the restaurant and called to let them know what I had observed and that I would not be picking up the order. After I explained this, the person on the phone said that she managed one part of the room and all of the employees in that part of the room were wearing masks. I'm not a public health or infectious disease expert, but I don't think half of the employees following the rules is going to work in this case. I'm trying to think of ways to give the Southold Fish Market as an establishment the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately I'm having a difficult time doing so. It wasn't one or two employees behaving inappropriately, it was nearly everyone working there. The manager I spoke to on the phone wasn't apologetic, but defensive. The message that this pattern of behavior sends me is that they don't take customer health and safety seriously."
