"Listen I know this is a beloved place by everyone who visits it but it was over hyped for me before arriving so I am still a little bitter about it not blowing my mind. With that being said it is a must do when at Snowmass. Such a surreal experience at the base of the Cirque lift up above the treeline. Like nothing I personally have ever experienced. Now it is listed as a singular symbol on yelp but that is deceiving. It is average for on mountain prices, but as far as pizza goes it is very expensive. This is to be expected as on any mountain food prices are exaggerated. Now on to the pizza itself... a let down. It was good but I was told it would be the best pizza I've ever consumed. Something about the altitude and cooking methods is supposed to make it epic but in reality it just tasted like Costco pizza. With that being said I do not mind Costco pizza but it was just doughy and cheesy. Nothing wild, definitely not the mouth orgasm I was expecting. Cookies are exactly as they were described. Incredible. Moist and soft and warm wow just perfect. Chocolate chip. Yeah pretty much unforgettable even though its just a cookie. Again its a must just to say you did it and to take in the view. Best pizza I've ever had at 11,820 feet. Now go shred AMF"

The pizza was absolutely amazing, especially for a top of the mountain joint. The cookies were also really good.

Pizza is ok but the cookies there are amazing!! They need to work on the toilets but I would only come there for a snack but I would recommend this business.

Located at the summit of Big Burn in Snowmass, this cozy little spot offers some delicious pizza. While it has just two small rooms, it's a perfect place to warm up after a day on the slopes.

This restaurant is truly unique. The pizza is absolutely delicious, and the cookies are the best I've ever tasted—I’ve had plenty of cookies, so I know! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the views are fantastic. I highly recommend it! View menu

UP4PIZZA has THE best cookies in the entire world. They are cooked in a wood fired oven at 11,000 feet altitude. The cookies are crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and the chocolate absolutely melts into them. I crave them 24/7 and wish they were available year round... because not exactly easy to get to. It's a small space, just a heads up!

This is a must do place to have lunch if you are at Snowmass. They have pizza and cookies and that 's about it but the location, and the story. Well it 's a must do . The pizza is very good. When the let the dough rise at over 10,000....very good. And they understand high altitude pizza cookery. It 's not that easy. The cookies are chewy and great. Not cheap. $20 pizza, cookie, beer. $12.00 between 2:00-3:00) Hey it 's a ski area and they bring everything here by snowcat. But an experience. Just do it.

Delicious and freshly made pizza and cookies at the summit of the mountain? What more could you ask for? The staff here are incredibly friendly and dedicated to crafting delectable pizzas and cookies. I visited twice during my three-day stay in Snowmass. You’ll get your food much quicker than if you raced down the mountain. If you're on the fence about trying a cookie, go ahead and treat yourself to one—maybe even two or three. They’re that amazing! And the pizza is fantastic as well. Here's a pro tip: savor your carbs while enjoying a stunning view by finding the bar seats by the window. View menu

To start out yes, this restaurant is at the summit of a mountain, and no, you cannot get there without a lift ticket/skis/boards. There are restrooms but because of the location (nearly above treeline), they are fairly primitive. The food itself is very good but very expensive. Two cookies will set you back over $10! They are amazing (and not just because they cost so much) I find myself craving their White Chocolate Macadamia cookies all year but consume consciously knowing how much you're spending. They're always served gooey hot. The pizza is also very good. This definitely isn't frozen foodservice pizza everything is tossed, risen, and baked inside the shop. I haven't had anything bad ye...

This restaurant definitely seems to persevere on account of the lack of options this high on the mountain. The service is fine, they are quite young and certainly seem to be skiers and snowboarders themselves. The pizza is pretty lackluster. The sauce tasted quite sugary, and there was little of it beneath the poor quality cheese. The day I went, they only offered cheese and pepperoni as their deluxe flavor, and for a mere two slices charged $18. They were also out of the cookies which are their claim to fame. I 'm not sure how they ran out of 1 of 2 items that are really served here and arguably the primary reason people come in. The tables are big and scratched with all sorts of initials a...

"Went there last night, 12/31/2020. The good points. Really good atmosphere. The host was a really nice guy and very accommodating. The service was really good. Our server was good and constantly checked in on us. We were a party of 4. The onion rings were awesome, the nachos were really good and the fries were to die for. The negative- our macaroni and cheese were cold. The brussel sprouts were also cold. Had that been the only issue I wouldn't be writing this review. What was completely unacceptable was we were served pitch black overcooked ribs. They were burnt by anyone's standards. No one ate them, we took a few bites and then basically requested the check. I'm not going to be sending food back to the kitchen, I don't do that. Those burnt black dry ribs should never have left the kitchen. I waited until today to go online to see if that's how their ribs always look, like maybe it was some sort of black burnt to a crisp style I was not aware of. However, after looking at Google photos of their ribs, that's not what we were served. The pictures online do not match what we were served. We go to Aspen every year for the last 6 years and we have alternated between two other BBQ restaurants who have amazing BBQ. I was very excited to try this place for the first time. I was very disappointed in this experience and still shocked that we were served burnt solid black ribs that's weren't even edible. Still left a 20 percent tip since he's not the cook. Also forgot to mention our server didn't bring those burnt ribs to our table, it was a food runner who dropped it to our table and darted off. DO BETTER"
