"Visiting from Manitou Springs, didn’t plan much beyond our room and Foo Fighter concert. This gem was across the street from our hotel. We lucked out and got seats at the bar, as they were booked all night. The bar tender/ server was so great! Started a romaine salad, fresh and great. I had the ravioli (butternut squash, sage, some kind of amazing salt, butter! The best thing was that I could get it in an appetizer size! Three pieces of heaven and no waste! Doug had the duck breast. Omg! So good, garlic spinach and little raviolis were wonderful! We rarely order dessert, the chocolate mousse cake. . . I should have ordered 2. It would make a great breakfast! One of the best things about this restaurant is that it seemed to be a local place. Patrons and staff all seemed to be friends! That makes me happy, as that’s how it is in my town."

The atmosphere great, the service awesome, the salad perfect, good variety of beers and wine, we ordered duck and shrimp fetuccine, for my taste, could have a little bit more of salt on both

Love the ambience and the excellent service by the staffs. Although I have not posted picture of their pizza, you should give the Dustino pizza a try too. Cavatappi, ravioli and gnocchi are all delicious. This is a place for all occasions.

This is our goto restaurant in Snowmass Village. Wood fired pizzas and well curated Italian dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. The front room, which we prefer, has a more bistro ambiance for bar or table seating. The back room is more subdued. Good wine list. View menu

We had a wonderful table, and our servers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of our meals, especially considering the homemade Limoncello they served. The photos showcase the swordfish and the gnocchi, both of which were light and delicious.

The restaurant doesn't justify the price you're paying. The food is far from impressive, falling well below average. As for the service, it was excellent. The atmosphere was also pleasant. I dined in for dinner, and my meal cost around $30–50 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

This restaurant offers a delightful dinner experience with prices ranging from $30 to $50 per person. I highly recommend trying the Ahi Tartare for a fresh start, followed by the flavorful Fettuccine. Don't miss out on the Tiramisu for dessert—it's truly exceptional. For a hearty main course, the Gnocchi paired with Veal Tenderloin Tips, accompanied by roasted cherry tomatoes and grilled asparagus, is a must-try. Enjoy your meal! View menu

Yup, the food is great for Aspen Snowmass. But this shocked me. We were close to the shopping center, and strolled to Poggio's invincible place to read the menu in the window. A prestigious New Yorker put me around the arm and said you can't go wrong. This is the best restaurant in Snowmass. We have made a special request for departure, ordered several items and rolled back to our hotel. When we opened the containers, we were intoxicated with the smells. The super-tender mussels jumped as a Newfoundland choice. I demand red sauce on pizza, but the Dustino spicy pizza had no sauce and it counts among the best I've ever eaten. The gnocchi with veal was tender and spicy. The boy scold the Pomod...

"Went there last night, 12/31/2020. The good points. Really good atmosphere. The host was a really nice guy and very accommodating. The service was really good. Our server was good and constantly checked in on us. We were a party of 4. The onion rings were awesome, the nachos were really good and the fries were to die for. The negative- our macaroni and cheese were cold. The brussel sprouts were also cold. Had that been the only issue I wouldn't be writing this review. What was completely unacceptable was we were served pitch black overcooked ribs. They were burnt by anyone's standards. No one ate them, we took a few bites and then basically requested the check. I'm not going to be sending food back to the kitchen, I don't do that. Those burnt black dry ribs should never have left the kitchen. I waited until today to go online to see if that's how their ribs always look, like maybe it was some sort of black burnt to a crisp style I was not aware of. However, after looking at Google photos of their ribs, that's not what we were served. The pictures online do not match what we were served. We go to Aspen every year for the last 6 years and we have alternated between two other BBQ restaurants who have amazing BBQ. I was very excited to try this place for the first time. I was very disappointed in this experience and still shocked that we were served burnt solid black ribs that's weren't even edible. Still left a 20 percent tip since he's not the cook. Also forgot to mention our server didn't bring those burnt ribs to our table, it was a food runner who dropped it to our table and darted off. DO BETTER"
