"Smaltimore is a great neighborhood bar. My only complaint is the wings have gone downhill over the past year. They advertise that they have Delia Foleys wings (which are the best in town) but the past few times I’ve had them they were very dry. Almost as if they’ve been reheated. Bummed out on the wings, but otherwise good experiences at smaltimore."
