"I stopped by Sonic today, April 11th, at 5:30 PM and ordered a cup of ice cream. The total came to just over $6. When the server brought it out, I handed her a $20 bill, and she asked if I wanted my change back. I usually tip, but not $13 for a cup of ice cream! Since when do carhops start asking customers if they want their change? I've been here several times because I live in the area, and no one has ever asked me for money before. I just found it odd that she would ask for my change."

I will never return to this location. I waited 20 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived, I didn’t receive everything I ordered. They even asked me to check the bag as if I hadn’t already done that. Afterward, I had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of my order. Honestly, my entire order should have been remade, as the first items they brought out were cold. It was incredibly frustrating.
