"Reliable, quick, and solid. Exactly what you’d expect from a takeout place next to a college. Sesame chicken is a winner. Doesn’t really have the charm to eat in, but you certainly could if needed because there’s plenty of space. While many dishes have quite a similar sweet-ish, reddish sauce, it’s never bad. The folks working are constantly hustling in a coordinated manner, and the place is quite clean. No time to dawdle in the line at Chan’s though, or you’ll be holding up the next customer. So while I’d love to notice a bigger difference between the flavors of some dishes, it’s hard to beat the convenience and speed of Chan’s. "Great meal but pricey. Excellent food with really good service. I felt the prices were high for their basic menu items (think burgers and sandwiches). Overall everything was really tasty, even high end. For the entree meals I didn’t think it was too expensive, but for the basic items I felt it was slightly overpriced. Having said that, I highly recommend it. Their beers are really good as well as their food. Just don’t expect to get out for less than at least $30 $40 per person."

"They make great pizza and have decent Mexican food. They have now changed their name and shifted their focus away from pizza. The Mexican food is still pretty good except for the tamles, those are really dry. I haven't tried any of the breakfast items since they stop serving them at 10 am, a little early for me I think that 11 or noon would be better. One thing that I highly recommend is the Avacado Chicken Hero."

"Food is really good. But lately the service over the phone has been pretty awful. I find whoever works at making the phone calls is very rude and has not customer satisfaction skills at all. I order a pizza with a side order or bake ziti and fried calamari and a slice of chocolate cake. Unfortunately I received a phone call from the restaurant telling me they don't have chocolate. I asked nicely if I could get it replace by something else instead. Who ever i spoked to over the phone was very rude and didn't offer any options as to just call the app and get my refund for my money instead of giving me options with what I could replace. This is not the first I have ordered through the app and got very rude phone calls back from the restaurant about clarifications on my order . Besides the food being really good. The service and customer experience was awful"
